China Taste — Restaurant in Venice

First time we ordered since they opened about a year ago..set up an online account and ordered. Very simple, only issue was the color of the font , very difficult to read.

Food was ready in under 20 minutes , which was time promised. Very polite staff . Was super busy ,but efficiently got us all taken care of timely. Best House Mei Fun I've ever had. Fresh and alot of shrimp, egg, pork and chicken, just not noodles like competition in the area ( no competition) Moo Goo Gai Pan was ok, not great ..the fried rice was good, not great..lo Mein and Sweet n Sour chicken and Won Ton soup all very good.

Will definitely order from here instead of the Chinese restauraht in Nokomis Village...

I called in a lunch order today. Every chinese restaurant take out offers choice of egg roll or soda with lunch special.. Well this restaurant uses wording " spring roll " instead of egg roll... I asked for lunch order with egg roll.. So, they cooked me an egg roll and tried to charge me an extra $2.00 before I spoke up... Give me a break!!! She said, I didnt tell her spring roll... Even though, I didnt get the wording right ( lunch special uses word spring roll ) I think its deceptive, dishonest, and sneaky to offer confusion like that... The food was good, but I wont go back because of this strategic confusion. China King on Laurel Rd is better with...

I’m from Ny and the food here is excellent. This is one of my two favorite Chinese places. If I go up that way I always stop and get a pork egg foo young. I come all the way from South Venice it’s well worth the trip. I’ve noticed you have eggplant and garlic which is hard to find on menus. I’m extremely excited to try it out. I also saw they offer some really good looking fresh ramen soup bowls. Everything I’ve tried from here is delicious. The inside is completely redone and 100% clean. The girl who takes the orders is extremely friendly and delightful. That’s very rare these days!! Thanks again!!...
