The fitness center or athletic complex is a place to devote a few moments of your life, to life. That's why successful people invest well into these facilities that everyday people get to be members of. This facility in Osprey, Florida is great: clean, beautiful layout, fun state of the art equipment, a nice blend of music across different eras and genres, a few televisions with sports and fun entertainment, and your kind of people (no matter who you are or where you come from).

Having seen the amazing athletic training center at my university @officialsouthernmiss @southernmissathletics , by way of knowing a few good people 😉, I'm telling you some of these Anytime Fitness clubs are a 1/8th scale of what I was privileged to see back then.

When you walk in the front doors of Anytime Fitness you feel like you're on the right track in life. The top notch cardio equipment by @cybex_global & @lifefitnessofficial . Big time appeal of lifting rack stations and isolateral machines by @hammerstrengthofficial . Plenty of free weights and variable benches (flat, incline, and decline). The fun of the turf, kettlebell, and @trxtraining area. I'm an ATF member and while on vacation I have visited this location many times and will continue to do so. Including my "home" ATF I've been to around 8--10 other ATF gyms and without question this gym is the cleanest gym I've ever been in. While not the largest of gyms it has all the equipment anyone could need and all of the equipment is maintained to the highest standards. I think a big difference and what makes this gym exceptional is that unlike most of the other gyms I've visited is that this gym is owner OPERATED. The owners, both of whom I met early on are not only owners but they are also PRESENT; coaching, managing, cleaning and are very approachable and friendly. In my two plus years at my current gym I have NEVER met the owner and I go to the gym 5-6x/week. The Anytime Fitness in Osprey, FL is doing such a great job during these COVID times. My husband and I were in town and hoping to find a decent gym and did we luck out! The owners clearly have safety in mind. First, this gym is HUGE, machines are spaced apart, everything is spotlessly clean, and for the three times we attended there weren’t many people in the gym at all. Most even had masks on. Oh, did I mention there are several ceiling fans that keep the air circulating so it never feels stuffy or stale? I know going back to the gym can feel scary and some folks really shouldn’t go especially if they have underlying health conditions. We are in our 50’s and felt very safe there.
