Nokomis Access Public Beach — Restaurant in Venice

One of our favorite beaches in the area! It’s sooooo good to snorkel here. We always see a decent amount of fish and the water is normally very calm and serene. It’s not usually very crowded (unless it’s the middle of summer) and there is a good amount of parking, a nice bathroom and a wash station. Stumbled upon this nice little beach on accident. Were in Venice Isles & too close to not stop to rejuvenate our vibe, and that we did. FREE PARKING right across the street. Nice boardwalk, cute little restaurant with live entertainment on the back deck of acoustic guitarist. My phone speakers don't do the surf justice in my video. Highly recommend...

Today we also stopped at Nokomis Beach off of Casey Key near Venice Beach Florida on the Gulf Coast! This was a very lovely beach but I kid you NOT the beach is very light on the sand which it is white but 95% crushed up Seashells! There are Seashells to gather up! Parking is Free and there are bathrooms and showers !No Pets or Smoking...
