Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ventnor City

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and I live in Philadelphia so that says something. I went in there and I ordered half a dozen donuts and iced coffee and a plain bagel. They had literally only like seven donuts to choose from. The iced coffee was disgusting and I was informed that there were no more plain bagels and all they had was everything. That was fine so I got an everything bagel no cream cheese not toasted. I stood there for 20 minutes while the guy in the drive-through was making all the orders from the drive-through and the guy at the register was just standing there. I was waiting and then I walked over to the waiting area and asked about my bagel and the guy at the drive-through ignored what I said and then the guy from the cash register walked over and said he would make it . Then I was informed that there were no more bagels because the guy in the drive-through was selling bagels to people they were ordering and neglecting my order and I literally saw at least 10 bagels get made while I was waiting. They asked me if I wanted an anything else and I asked for a plain croissant and they told me there was no more. They said all they had was rye bread and English muffin or something like that. I said “no thank you can I just get a refund” and he said “no I can’t give you one you have to come back tomorrow when my manager gets here”. I told him I couldn’t because I wouldn’t be in Jersey tomorrow and he said “well I can give you more donuts other that I can’t do anything for you”. I don’t Ever leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous. How can you not give a refund? How is that not allowed? I definitely still want the refund off of principle it’s not...

i went here around 2 o’clock and simply ordered a iced coffee and a bagel, the service was quick while making my coffee that was out almost instantly. my bagel though i was standing there waiting for 10 minutes until someone eventually asked me “what are you still doing here” and i proceeded to say “ oh i ordered a bagel” the woman then said “i don’t have it on my thing so you didn’t order it” the lady that took my order chimed in and said i did order a bagel. then the other woman started to make my bagel and used a dirty utensil to spread my cream cheese then when handed me my bagel she basically threw it at me. this is the first time i ever had a problem with this dunkin and i’m very disappointed. also may i add the store it self was very dirty and smelled. i’ve never seen this dunkin look like this before and that’s what is bringing me to right a review because it was a...

Genuinely the best dunkin coffee I’ve had out of every location I’ve ever been to. And consistently tastes the same goodness. I order the same drink every time I go to dunkin. (A medium ice coffee less ice 5 cream 5 liquid sugar and 2 shots espresso.) I live in pa and go to multiple locations and the same ones and every single time it’s different tasting and looking except for this location. We spent a few days in ventnor and the 4 times we went to this Dunkin’ Donuts they made the drink perfect and the same every time. I really appreciate the consistency. And how good their coffee is here at this location. I have no idea what they do differently from all the other locations I’ve been to. But they’re clearly doing something right.
