Wendy's — Restaurant in Vermilion

So, I get the Wendy's app on my device because there are some good deals advertised. I'm broke, so I walk 2 miles to the store for this deal and I can't pull it up because they don't have Wi-Fi. This confused me and I wanted to check a calender. I'm pretty sure it's 2018? I go to the counter and mention this and they say that they're sorry, they can't do anything about it. I had to walk down the road to the next restaurant, that DOES realize that it's 2018 to get the code, then back to get the deal. What a deal! This is stupid, since by simple having the app on your phone, you get this deal once a day. Maybe they should not have it marked that they have Wi-Fi at this location in said app? Usually I prefer Wendy's over other fast food places, though I don't eat fast food much. This experience...

We haven’t been to a fast food restaurant in years.. after a long day we stopped at Wendy’s. The girl at the register took our order was very polite and took the time to answer questions, she helped us with the new soda machine, while the other 5 (workers) who thought they were at there own party!! They were extremely loud! While the girl on the register was sweeping and cleaning the tables and chairs and refilling the condiments! She was a one girl band! She deserves some positive recognition, we told her she was a very good worker… and she thanked her! This was on Tuesday around 5:pm… I hope this girl gets her praises as she deserves, you can’t find young good workers like her!...

So much improvement after the last year. Before they hired all new staff, it seemed like nothing was good and was always nasty when we got it. Now after finally getting new staff and more compensation to the employees, the quality of service, food, and experience is AMAZING! The staff is wonderful. There food is fresh anytime of the day now. They never forget anything and the customer service is outstanding. Compared to the Other fast food restaurants in Vermilion, this is definitely top teir. I would choose this Wendy's over any of them now. Also the staff Definitely deserves praise for the hard work. Thank you for such a...
