It was great for what I expected and wanted. I don't understand some (or one) of the negative reviews. Going off on a rant about the server walking past himself & some other guests without offering them drink glasses...I guess that qualifies her as being a neglectful, lazy human being. I'm sure whomever wrote the review will sleep better at night knowing the slacker waitress has been reprimanded or terminated. They make sooo much money, after all, and their tips, (I'm sure) from ingrates who've no clue how demeaning and demanding waitressing jobs can be, will barely cover the gas expenses of getting to work. We should all be grateful someone more deserving is now walking the isles anticipating when you might need a drink glass. Heaven forbid and world's of unparalleled beauty collide if you took it upon yourself to ask for a cup. Even more striking would be to serve an ounce of compassion and offer a small serving of empathy for someone struggling to do their job at a place most others feel is beneath them. Who knows....maybe it was her first day? Maybe she was new and having a hard time being away from her children being tended by someone other than herself. Maybe she was feeling unwanted, unappreciated and discouraged over the lack of decency, mutual respect or courteous behavior by rude customers. Read moreI only gave 1 star because, my complaint about this is I had the worst experience ever. I made an order online for one of their deals they have. After I submitted it they called me and told me they were out of thin crust. I told them I will take pan instead of thin. They charged me an extra dollar. But I let that go even though I was a bit irritated over that. Then I told them I wanted it well done including my breadsticks. I pick up my order and took it to work for my co workers and I to have for our lunch. When we opened the box the pizza was burnt including the sauce on the pizza. I am talking black. So I called and asked if I can just get a credit for next time as for them to take my name and for the next time I decided to give Pizza Hut another chance we will have a free pizza and breadsticks. They asked me to bring in the pizza and they can remake it. I told them I am back at work and its hard for us to leave because how busy we are. They told me that can't help me unless I bring them back my order. By than I was super upset with them. My boss told me to just hurry and take it back to them. When I arrived I showed them how burnt my order is and I need my money back since I don't have the time to sit and wait for them to re make the mistake they did. Read moreReally fun to see one of the few sit down Pizza Huts in the country! I ordered a giant stack of pizzas for a family event, but the app wouldn't let me order that much pizza, and at the very end of the process it told me to call in, instead.
So I called in, and ordered. Great! Then two hours later they called back and told me because my order was so big I had to pay in advance over the phone before they could start on it.
So I paid over the phone. And when I got there at the scheduled pickup time, I had to wait for ten minutes before they were ready with my food.
I recommend streamlining the process for large orders. Maybe have the app tell customers big orders cannot be taken on the app for this location.
Have your employees tell customers calling in big orders that they need to pay in advance, instead of waiting two hours to tell them and making the order fail to come out on time.
