I have had terrible service since t mobile and sprint merged and have been in the store more than once, Damien and Katie have been absolutely AMAZING in trying everything in their power to help me!, they are very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about their customers, but most of all extremely kind, and upbeat even through all the frustrations!!! Brightstar Wireless ( a Sprint supplier) is a decent store with knowledgeable people. They carry a decent selection of devices and accessories to meet your needs. But, Sprint service itself is rather lacking in adequate cellular and data service and coverage. I've had nothing but issues related to dropped calls, intermittent service, texts that were never sent or received due to said intermittent service.
