Dollar Tree — Local services in Vernal

For a while now the store in vernal has had management problems and the stuff hasn't been getting put on the shelf I've seen stuff threw under the racks where they go I'm sure they planned to come back later and put them where they go but a week later they were still there but over the last several months things started looking better cleaner and freight wasn't left on the floor any longer and things just looked like the store was running more smoothly they had new managers I made a point to see their name tags do I could remember their names day manager name was Julie night manger name was Sheila but I was in there 2 days ago and the store was a mess again I was just wondering what happen cause the store was on its way to being...

I stopped in hoping this store would have more selection than in our small town to the west, but I was wrong. There were a lot of empty shelves.

When I got to the checkout the line was halfway down the aisle. The cashier called the one other employee for help but it took a few tries. The other employee finally showed up at a register at the far end but didn't bother notifying any of the customers he was there, just stood waiting for someone to notice him.

The original cashier was friendly at least and doing his best.

As far as value... it's a dollar store. You can get much more value than that, if you can find anything...

I like to bring my children here. Every holiday there is something new and fun to use. The dollar store is a great place to come up with new ideas and new crafts for kids or yourself. The staff has always been kind.

I'm disappointed like most people that the prices are going up. It takes the fun out of buying cheap stuff from the dollar store.
