I'm genuinely wondering if some of the people leaving five star reviews have ever eaten good food in their lives.. Orange chicken bowl was COMPLETELY bland, absolutely no seasoning on anything in the bowl, not even salt! The orange chicken itself was just alright at best, but was aggressively overshadowed by how bland everything else in the bowl was. I've had more flavorful rice bowls from the frozen section at the grocery store.. The strawberry dragonfruit "tea" tastes like hawaiian punch, pure sugar and artificial flavors. I can only assume the peach and mango "tea" are similarly artificial..

The service was fine, everyone was polite and the food was ready quickly. Everything was visibly clean, but there was a strong, salty, fishy odor, even in the to-go bag itself.

Pretty disappointed, definitely will not be giving them a second chance since all the other bowls on the menu are very similarly constructed of the same unseasoned base ingredients. The prices were decent but it would be nice if I didn't have to begrudgingly finish the bowl to not waste my money.. Is it so much to ask for a restaurant to season...

I had been itching to try this poke spot, ever since my friend told me about it. I walked in, expecting maybe not 5 star service, but at least a “hi” or “hello” or maybe even a “how are you.” I was greeted by a shorter brown girl, who could barely even stomach a mumble to me. You’d think she was mute by how little interaction she gave me. And on top of that, she had the look of clearly not wanting to be there, which does not make me as a customer want to stay and give business. Not only was her service subpar, unwelcoming, and frankly disappointing, but the way my order was handled was astounding!!!!!! I was barely given any protein, despite paying almost $20!!!!!!!!! This is not ok. I’m not sure if she was having an off day, or whatever the case was, but if this young lady is acting like this towards customers on a regular basis, then she is not only putting a bad review of your restaurant in people’s minds, but she is also driving away a lot of business. I can say for certain that I will not be back!!!!! I am frustrated and disappointed, and expect something to be done...

So we ordered online for pick up. When I received my food I looked at my veggie sushi on top before we left. It should have been cucumber, avocado and mango with unagi sauce on top. What I got was avocado and cucumber. They were nice and fixed the issue. However when we got home, the bowls were both wrong.

They had mixed up what was suppose to be on each bowl. So my roommate tried eating one bowl (mine) because he could eat the ingredients on that one bowl, and I ended up throwing mine away. He ate a little off the top and tossed it as well.

I did try the noodles in his bowl, they tasted old. And not at all like soba noodles. Tasted like old ramen that hadn’t been cooked enough. The tofu was raw, uncooked, and not seasoned. There was also a lot of liquid on the bottom of the bowl. Truly a waste of $37 dollars.

Sushi was good tho. And the employee was nice. I wouldn’t return...
