I have been coming here for years and my previous visits were never anywhere nearly as bad as they have been recently. I work in the service industry and I am the first person to try to justify a less than perfect experience; maybe it's an off day, maybe someone is still in training, maybe someone called out, etc. One day can be an "off day," but a string of bad experiences is a pattern. The last five times I have been to this Taco Bell location, my order has been prepared at least partially incorrectly and/or taken an usually long amount of time. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant. I don't go in expecting a fine dining experience. But whether I spend $6 or $66 somewhere, I expect to receive what I asked for and what I paid for. If I go to a sit-down restaurant, I expect to be there for at least an hour, longer if they are busy or I stay for dessert, and I would expect staff to take responsibility if my order is significantly delayed or arrives incorrectly. At a fast food, restaurant, such as Taco Bell, I don't expect an order of 6 tacos to take 30 minutes with not even so much as an acknowledgement or apology from anyone.
My friend and I arrived tonight at 9:04pm. We finally left at 9:36pm. There was one car in the drive thru and five cars in the parking lot, including staff vehicles. No one was in line, so my friend ordered immediately. The man parked next to us had been waiting longer than us and only left a couple minutes before we did; he had originally gone through the drive thru but had to park & go inside because his order was incorrect. My friend and I ordered two Chipotle tacos & two Nacho tacos from the limited time $1 taco promotion. We did not order any Reaper Ranch tacos, but we got one. Luckily, I enjoy spicy food, so I was able to eat it so it didn't go to waste, but then my friend was left with only 3 tacos instead of 4 since he can't eat anything spicy. His Nacho tacos were mismarked as Chipotle and my Chipotle were mismarked as Nacho which also did not help anything. We each had to swap a half-eaten taco with each other as a result which is less than ideal.
I apologize for such a long-winded, negative review, but this was honestly unacceptable. My intention is not to get anyone into trouble or face backlash from this, I just want to provide management with this feedback in order to improve future visits not only for me, but other customers as well. A problem cannot be addressed if no one is aware of its existence. Thank you for your time and I hope to be able to update this review into a more positive one...
Read moreWe ordered for pick up via the app, two different transactions to use our rewards. Luz, an employee at this Taco Bell location, was extremely rude and nasty while barely explaining their policy on not being able to give two separate pick up orders through the drive thru. I understand this is a policy placed by corporate, but there's a better way to enforce said policy than speaking so unprofessionally to a customer.
We asked if we could back up a little to trip the sensor, if that was the issue. She responded with: "nah we ain't doing that". They made us circle around twice and wait in line two times for 7 minutes (each time) for two orders made by the same two people in the same car, even though both orders were ready to be picked up. We got into a bit of an argument with Luz at the drive thru window. They did not put the extra sauces for my order or give me a fork, even though I ordered a meal that required a fork. I had to share my boyfriend's fork after he ate his meal. The crunchwrap barely had any meat in it.
I get that this is a Taco Bell but at the end of the day, there should be a certain quality of service, even with fast food restaurants. There was no quality in the service we received. There's no reason why any employee working in the service industry should ever speak like that to a customer. If there was an issue with communication or inability to explain said policy, Luz should have gotten her manager to explain things in a calm, patient, and logical manner as to avoid a confrontation that happened that night.
If Luz, IS the manager at this establishment, then that makes a lot of sense why this specific location has a bad reputation in the...
Read moreWorst service I’ve ever experienced. And this would be the second time I’ve been disappointed. I was there about a month ago. Went through drive-thru, got wrong order. Went back in line to tell them and so they supposedly give me the correct order this time. Nope. Went into the restaurant. What I saw was unbelievable. It was a mess! People frustrated waiting for orders, orders being returned (just as mine was) manager being nasty to customers and being rude to the cashier in front of everyone....I had to wait twenty minutes to even get my order right for the 3rd time. It wasn’t even good at that point. Tried it again tonight...mistake! I asked for a shredded chicken burrito supreme. I went up to the window and I checked (before I pulled away because of last experience) and guess what...wrong. It was basically just beans and cheese 🤦🏼♀️ So I tell the girl and she says “we don’t have that on our menu”. I tell her, actually you do, it’s on your menu, I’ve gotten it before. She brings over another girl and she also says they don’t have that on their menu (shredded chx burrito supreme). I asked for my money back and left and took my money elsewhere. Very frustrating that they just can’t get it together. Will never go back to...
