Jack's Cafe — Restaurant in Verona

Second time having breakfast here and it was just as good as the first! They have omelettes eggs, french toast pancakes. All the standard breakfast stuff. They're blueberry pancakes are some of the freshest I've ever had. Today I had one of their specials which were brownie pancakes they were little pieces of homemade brownie mixed in with the batter. Then they were very good. They don't have cold brew but they're regular. Ice coffee is some of the best I've ever tasted. The manager is sweet. She runs the cafe. Takes all the orders and interacts with the customers. I had breakfast with my father and sometimes he can be a pain. They didn't have expresso but she allowed him to come in with a cup of coffee from the outside which I was embarrassed by but it was very nice of her to allow .She's very friendly and outgoing. Sadly this was my “ chicken and fries “ .. I saw the menu online says they are 7$ … they raised it 6 months ago to 15$, at least what the women on the phone told me they raised it 6 months ago. Already surprised they’re very expensive because this is the quality of food I got lol which is ridiculous. I rather go to Applebees and get a better deal and service. To start, the food is delicious. This doesn't matter though, as the prices online do not reflect the prices in their menu on location. When I looked up this place, I found a meal I would like for a set price of around 13 dollars. This is was also the confirmed price on the direct scan of the qr code from their own menu when i got knto the actual restaurant. That meal, when I went to pay, was a full 4 DOLLARS more, at 17.
