I had ordered a classic turkey sandwich meal online. I showed up about 10 minutes after it said it should be ready. There looked to about 6 or 7 employees in the store and I was the only customer. When I mentioned that I had placed an online order they looked clueless. They found the sheet with my order on it and made the sandwich surprisingly quickly. I customized my food to have no tomatoes, sprouts, or provolone and to sub pickle slices which is why I was surprised how fast they made it.
I drove all the way back to work to eat my sandwich and when I looked at it, I was very disappointed. The sandwich had tomato, SO many sprouts, and provolone cheese. Read moreUpdate (2022): Since I wrote my first review, something changed and they started doing better at getting orders correct, but in the last few weeks they've gone back to their old ways of messing up the sandwiches, sides, toppings, etc. The website is a lot easier to use now though, so that's a plus.
We've ordered from this Milio's a lot, and it used to be okay. But for the past year or so, there's always been at least one thing wrong every time we ordered. We've had the wrong sandwiches, toppings added to the wrong sandwich, the wrong/missing side, etc. Also, the website is terrible, and it gets worse every time they change it (probably not this store's fault though). It's sad because I still like the food, but it's annoying to get the wrong thing...

I appreciate Milios for responding to this review. However, responding with a link to their website asking for a report is not a good response. When you click through it asks for details one can not provide easily three weeks later. I don't remember the exact date and time I was there now, it's been three weeks!
