We have the meat my foot! Not this one. I got the $12 family meal with a coupon, an additional plain roast beef sandwich, a large dr. Pepper with light ice, and a jamocha shake. Now before I explain everything that was wrong, the staff was very nice and precise to the point that when I asked for 4 Arby sauces and three red ranches I was given exactly that and the building was so very clean almost so much so it could've been scary lol. The wait time was not even that long, which should have been a red flag with everything that was ordered. The two beef and cheddars had very little meat, like I made a lunch sandwich for kids, and hardly no cheese on it at all. My wife got half way through hers before she found cheese and I two bites left when I finally found any on mine. The additional plain roast beef had the same meat problem. The two pizza sliders and chicken &cheese slider was fine but, the buffalo chicken slider was drenched in so much buffalo sauce that the bread was soggy and I think tasted the blue cheese ranch but I definitely didn't see it. I'm happy that we got 7 mozzarella cheese sticks and I don't care for marinara sauce with mine. I prefer the red Ranch but, my wife does so she was not happy when there was no marinara sauce to be found. My dr. Pepper was prefect but her coffee thing was not mixed very well. This arby's would have received one star if was not for the friendly staff and the fact that the building was so clean that the queen of England herself would have eaten...
Read moreI thought my experience at another Arby's restaurant was my worst but I believe this one is even worser. I had to wait in order to place my order when the order taker came up I noticed he was walking around rolling his eyes for some reason. I ordered a medium sized roast beef sandwich, an order of potato cakes seeing that they were back and a small drink. The sandwich was more like roast beef jerky. The meat was very dry and had a bad spongy appearance to it. I tried the bread thinking it would be better but the bread had a bitter taste to it. The potato cakes looked horrible they look more like pieces of building material than food. When I bit into one of them it looked very much like it had been freezer burned. The Coca-Cola drink tasted very badly like the water filter was probably very dirty or maybe there wasn't even one present. I was unable to complete the meal despite using Arby's sauce which really did not improve the taste at all. I went to use the restroom and it had a smell that was much like skunk urine. As I am writing this about 15 minutes later I still have a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. I'm very very disappointed, I have been eating at Arby's since 1965 and this is nothing like what I remember. I am not certain that I will return to this location even though I work about a...
Read morei work down the street from this arbys and eat lunch here at least 3 times a week. the coupons they send in the mail are literal saving grace. the staff is incredibly fast, especially considering i always order ungodly amounts of food for myself and whoever eats with me. i’ve never waited more than 5 minutes, and i often order 7 or 8 sandwiches at a time. Anna is almost always the girl working the register and she is an absolute sweetheart. always enthusiastic and eager to help, she has never messed up one of my orders. the 2 guys that normally work the drive thru are inhuman.... (gentlemen, i’m sorry i dont know your names!) i have been through multiple times when i ordered & received my food in less than 80 seconds. thank you for exercising a solid beast mode and getting me my 2 for $6 gyros in record time. everything about this store is a pleasurable experience and i never get tired of the food. (right now i’m on a nashville fish on flatbread kick [that stuffs addicting]). today is my 3rd day in a row eating lunch here, and i told Anna i was gonna try and do it everyday this week. Arbys, keep doing what you do: you have the meats, and you have my business for life! -samuel perry...
