What an absolutely awful experience. Upon entering, the cashier didn't greet us and literally stood behind the counter leaning against the wall, staring blankly at us. He messed up the toppings on 4 of our items. The food took 20 minutes to come up. The burger patties were cold, hard, and dry, fries rubbery, and the pretzels were cold, saturated with oil, and not served with the cheese sauce. Once we got the cheese sauce, it was the consistency and color of construction adhesive. We ordered blizzards with chocolate ice cream, and they were made with vanilla.
The bathrooms were out of paper towels and soap. The hand sanitizer dispenser by the entry was empty.
The only thing that was eaten in its entirety was the cheese curds. They were hot and delicious.
We spent $50 for lunch and left hungry. This is the worst fast food experience I have had in my entire life. There aren't enough words to express how bad this was.
Edit: Stopped Ina again for an ice cream cake for my wife's birthday. During the 10 minutes or so that it took for someone to cash me out( because I guess that's how long it takes to ring up a single item), I witnessed several health code violations.
Employees handling money and not washing or sanitizing hands. Employees touching their face and hair without cleaning their hands. Employees putting fries back into the fryer that a customer had brought back because they were cold - don't worry though, they kept the boxes that the dine in guest had handled and served the returned, now twice dipped fries to a car in the drive through. Handling ready-to-eat foods with bare hands
I don't know where the management is for this place, but they either need to be on-site and paying attention or be replaced with...
Read moreHave frequented the Vicksburg location several times since it's opening. Unfortunately, customer service continues to decline as does quality control with preparation of customers orders. Example today is that wait time in the drive-thru was totally unsatisfactory to the point that two customers apparently got tired of waiting and drove off because they were tired of waiting. Wait time for my order was approximately twenty-five minutes. Upon receipt of my order and returning home, it was discovered that a four piece chicken dinner contained only three chicken strips and only twelve fries. The grilled chicken BLT salad had the chicken, bacon bits, lettuce, but no tomato. It is apparent that this location wants to lose customers, which they have managed to lose another. There are other fast food restaurants in Vicksburg that will quickly get your correct order to you in the drive-thru with less than a five minute wait. Avoid DQ unless you want to wait and have your order screwed up. Location doesn't rate one star,...
Read moreWe walked inside, thinking it might be easier to eat & get served. Drive-thru girl barely made eye contact. She finally told us just a minute. It took about 4-5 minutes before the cook finally came out front to take order. We ordered cheesecurds & blizzards. He went & made our curds & he brought them out. We finished eating them a large order while we waited at the counter for our ice cream. We finished our large order & still did not have our ice cream. Girl, finally, after fulfilling 4 cars through drive-thru, asked us what we were waiting for. Our order was visible on the monitor the entire time. I'd guess it took over 15 minutes, maybe 20, to get our 2 ice cream blizzards. We walked outside to eat our blizzards & could smell someone smoking weed. After we finished eating we walked to our car near the back of the building. The 3rd employee who was not helping during this whole time was smoking. I'm so happy our curds & ice cream were good because if not for the cook, we'd probably still be waiting! Very...
