So I went to this subway 3 weeks ago and ordered my usual sandwich, it was $10.37. I went a week or so later and i ordered the same exact thing and it went up to $11.50 and when asked why, the lady couldn’t give me a reason and just closed the window. Today, i decided to give them another chance as it’s close to my job. Ordered the same exact sandwich as the last 2 times and it was $12.37, when I asked the guy why its went up everytime i come through it, he tried to tell me it hadn’t and i offered to show my receipts from the previous times i had been there to show him proof and he denied and kept telling me that wasn’t true. He was highly rude to the point he closed the window in my face just like the lady previously, and basically told me “oh well”. So it’s very clear they are ripping people off because they just put whatever price they want on there, and when confronted as to why the same exact sandwich has been a different price each time they just shut the window and ignore the situation. They are the rudest subway i have ever been to and I will not be returning to this location ever again due to how rude and hateful the staff was and always has been. It was just convenient on my way to work, but this was my last straw. They’re very hateful and don’t care about the prices, they just throw what amount is convenient for them and keep going and don’t take their customers into consideration. I will never be back as this is the only Subway in town I have ever had conflict with. They’re nasty attitudes and the way they treat their employees as well is pure disgust. Ordered online, arrived and lobby is closed. I did not do curbside pick up so he told us to get in the drive thru line... I don't think so. That's why we did online so we wouldn't have to wait. We asked for someone to bring it out to us and to their credit we watched them make it quickly and they brought it out. Also to their credit I asked to go to the restroom and she allowed me to walk in the back door and use it.
