I got both of my dogs groomed here, and I won't be back. Both the women working there were very young - might have been teenagers, so I hate to be mean. But there were several issues with the services I received and when it comes to my animals, I take quality seriously. To begin with, I was told they couldn't schedule me later than 10 am, so I managed to make time to get there then, only for them to tell me the groomer wouldn't be in until 11. I was then told it would take an hour, so I came back at noon. My dogs were being fussy, so it took an additional hour and a half. Not a big problem, but they didn't notify me before I drove back and popped in. Then when I came back at 1:30, I discovered both my dogs were capable of sneaking out of the kennels in the back and did so at least twice. I was there for them to get flea baths, but one of my dogs never stopped scratching, and I believe he never stopped having fleas. They were both very eager to leave, which is usually not the case when I get them groomed. The store itself was okay, but like all pet stores that sell animals, they were in bare minimum cages, which was sad to see. One of the lizards was trying to climb out the entire time. It was an arboreal species with nothing to climb on, so it just clawed at the glass all day. Not unusual at all for a pet store, but it's certainly not...

If zero stars were an option , I would have chose it . First time getting a groom and I likely won't ever have my fur baby groomed EVER again. For starters , I dropped my puppy off at 9:30 to get groomed , I had to call and check on her because I had not heard from them until 1 30 to pick my puppy up . When I picked her up she was traumatized ! When I got her home she was not herself , she was timid , she didn't want human interaction like usual , she then started vomiting all over her pet bed, toys , etc . She also had excess drool coming from her mouth (not a breed that drools). She would not eat nor drink. I ended up taking her to the vet afterwards. Day 2 and she has not went back to her sassy behavior , but more cautious and reserved , she did start eating a little . I have given baths and blow dried myself with no problems. 7/8/21: unfortunately, a lot of the old staff, if not all of the old staff left earlier this year. the new staff is.. okay I suppose. one employee is very polite. the others, not so much.. before the mask mandate was over most of them would not wear a mask even when they were directly in someone's face. its whatever. I no longer have any animals so I do not go as often as I used to. original review, 2 years ago: very kind workers, cute cats to adopt, and good place for getting a fish...
