Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vicksburg

I have ordered from Domino's on numerous occasions. It literally seems like each time that I order a pizza from Domino's it gets worse I didn't think it could. But it did. Here's my grievances. First I pay $26 for a pizza that's not counting tip I know I like meat toppings I know I'm paying for it but still I'm paying $26 for a pizza I'm not even going to go into the complete details of the last deliveries of ordering a pizza and ordering a soda but the soda never shows up, dipping sauces, their answer was well just come up here to the store and get it. If I wanted to go up to the store I would have shown up in the first place. Secondly it's your job to be professional hand out what a person orders and what they pay for. Tonight took the cake. Maybe I torment my own self by sitting there and watching the app but it took them over 10 minutes just to quote "Quality check it". Next comes the text message that my driver is 4 minutes out. 20 minutes later he's here. Whenever I opened the pizza box the available picture or pictures will show what I was in for. Whenever I called and complained that the pizza was burnt (GREAT QUALITY CHECK THERE!)I was told well bring it back up here and we'll give you a new one. I answered if I wanted to go up there and get it I would have went up there myself the first place not had it delivered and paid for said delivery charge. I was told our delivery driver has multiple pizzas to deliver he's our only available driver have a good night and hung up on. Needless to say I am done ordering from Domino's. Domino's pizza is the best tasting of the pizza franchise in town. That being said the experience from ordering at this particular store is never a good one. The most annoying part of the experience is that the pizzas are never ready for you even when the app/pizza tracker indicate they are. Also the wait times are astronomical fluctuating at around 2 hours on average even though when you order it shows it will be ready within 20-40 minutes. My next issue is that following the extended wait there has been in my experience a 20% that my order was incorrect in some way. After waiting so long for dinner and knowing that I have hungry friends and family waiting; I typically just accept the order as is...but it's frustrating to say the least. I'm assuming that there just isn't enough employees to meet the demand so I'm not blaming them. I would not recommend ordering from this...

Im so sick of this place. Pan pizzas are never made right. The cinnamon twists and parm-bites are never proofed properly. They barely put any sauce on the pies. If you leave a message for management, they never respond. The crew is often times arguing with each other. About 25% of the time, they give you the wrong food. They consistently mark orders 'complete' when they aren't even in the oven. The last straw was tonight when I was told my food would be over an hour. There are 7 employees inside and 2 out back smoking...it's 2 freaking pizzas...worst Dominos ever. This franchisee needs to just hang it up, they sure can't run a store.

Just go buy a Digornio, and you'll be happier than dealing with this joke of a restaurant.

Edit: 45 minutes and the order is still on 'Prep'. Meanwhile, the lady who was outside smoking just gave a pie to the homeless guy that's been...
