McDonald's — Restaurant in Vicksburg

I was in town for my grandmother's funeral. I visited this location around 10:30 pm on November 22, 2024, and was treated very rudely by the drive thru cashier. I waited at the drive thru for several minutes, about 6 minutes, if not over. The cashier never greeted me nor acknowledge me, but I could clearly hear her talking and laughing over the speaker with other employees. I nicely said "Hello" and instead of the cashier greeting me, her response " I said McDonalds two times and you didn't say nothing." I replied back "Excuse me?" because I was in a state of shock, that a cashier would speak to a customer this way that had not provoke her to do so. After I replied, she smacked her lips and with attitude responded, "Uh! McDonalds, what do you want to order?" The cashier continuing to be rude was enough for me. My next response was, " What?! Excuse me?! No, there is no way that you are speaking to me like that, a customer. What kind of service is this? Nope, I am not ordering anything from here!" Then I drove off. I meant to call a manager the next day but as I stated earlier, I was preparing for and attending my grandmother's. I was in mourning and dealing with enough. So, to go through a drive thru just to make a simple order, on top of dealing with my grandmother's passing was too much. If a manager happens to read this review and find out who the person was on that evening, I do not want the young lady fired, but I do recommend some corrective training. I have worked in customer service myself, since I was 14 years old, close to 30 years and have never treated a customer that way. It costs nothing to be kind because you never know what that person on the other side of the speaker may be...

This McDonald is rude..every time we go there they get our order wrong plus they are very rude and ill mannered...we are not pleased with any of the McDonalds in Vicksburg, ms..to me they over charge on a lot of there food like a value fry small fry is almost $2.00 and you barley get any fries..its ridiculous and outrageous..we just left McDonalds got 2 sausage buiscuts the woman said $2.15 when we pulled up she was rude..we gave her $2.15 then she looked at us with a dirty look and said no $2.16 and my husband like oh $2.16 and she replied yeah with a attitude and he was being nice to her a part of me wanted to get my pregnant ass out the car and tell her what I thought bout her attitude...she didn't say yes sir like they suppose to say just a yea..plus no reciet to know who took our order..I'm not happy at all bout our service we get from McDonalds..y'all need to get better workers or shut it down...y'all won't get no more of my money I promise..not counting when we asked for jelly for 2 sandwiches we only got one pack..they never give you condiments they just wanna throw you your food and not even say have a great day we have to ask for condiments and we lucky if...

There were 3 customers in here when we got here. They quickly left, leaving us the ONLY people inside for at least 30 minutes. Restrooms: disgusting. Vomit on counter and in sink (pic after I rinsed it out), and trash on floors and counters. Urine across the floor around urinals- At least they had a “wet floor” sign. Overflowing trashcans. No soap. No paper towels. Couldn’t even put door handle on straight. Dining area: disgusting. Not a clean spot or table. Trash everywhere, even across soda and condiment area. Entire floor felt like walking/sliding across grease. Again, we were the only people that ordered while we were there, with two cars through the drive through and it still took 30 minutes to get our food. Biscuits and bagels were as hard as rocks (it was broken in half and yes, I cleaned the table after hammering the rock on the table). I even cleaned our table and other tables after we ate. Obviously, they were too “busy” to clean anything. I mean, it is McDonalds but still! I never eat at McDonalds but it was a dang road trip....
