Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Victoria

This is THE WORST Buffalo Wild Wings. DO NOT go here. The staff is rude, they WILL mess up your order and then accuse YOU of lying when you try to take it back to address the situation.

I ordered online on 9-22-2023 and my order was ready for pickup at 9:00pm- I walked in to pick up my order all the staff , including, who I’m assuming was a manager, was standing around laughing joking cutting up and didn’t even acknowledge I had entered, when I picked up my order and got my drink they didn’t even move out of the way to let me through to fill my drink at the fountain- I had to basically push past and I got outside , checked my order, not even 5 minutes later I went back in because I was missing two items … as soon as I walked in with the food and ticket the “manager” addressed me like “what is wrong with it” so I let her know and she looked me up and down then proceeded to tell me that SHE bagged the order herself and it was NOT missing anything BUT she could remake it if I want her to but I’m going to have to wait about 6-10 minutes. I DID NOT appreciate her attitude AT ALL so I walked out. It wasn’t even worth me getting the food over anymore but my wife then went inside as soon as I came out and she quickly came out with our order. I’m assuming the “manager” then found the missing food SHE forgot to put in our bag bc the two missing items were NOT hot and fresh and very much cold like it had been sitting out and forgotten about.

Short story- these people are rude, and I will definitely tell everyone this restaurant in Victoria Texas is horrible - the food will be wrong, the staff is inappropriate and will whisper and talk about their customers and after you pick up your food it will most likely even be cold.

The food and drinks were very good, but the service was terrible! We had to call our waiter, Michael, over several times to fill our drinks and we waited over 20 minutes for our food. Granted, this was Friday (11-17-17) around 6:00 p.m. so we knew it was the dinner rush and we were in town visiting my friend, her husband and her baby so we were ok with waiting a little longer for our food while we talked. The worst part came at the end of the night. When Michael brought our checks, my friend asked for his name, commenting that he looked like someone we went to high school with. He told us his name was Michael and then asked who we thought he looked like, my friend explained that he probably wouldn't know him because it was close to 10 years ago so Michael popped off "Ya, y'all look a lot older than me"! Mind you, neither of us are even 30 years old yet! Even worse, my husband paid in cash, and Michael did NOT bring his nearly $3 of change back. That sounds really petty, because it isn't a lot of money, but my husband wanted the change back on principle because he and my friend's husband had no intention of tipping Michael after we had such poor service and he insulted me and my friend. My husband called Michael over and told him that he owed us change, Michael looked really irritated and went to the register. He came back with a single dollar bill, thrust it at my husband and said he didn't have change before walking off. I should take another point or two off based on the "Response from Owner" but haven't. It seems like they get some perk by posting a standard response saying go to our corporate site. I did, before they added their response. They did not read my review to know I already had. Management is some combination of lazy and inept.

Bone in wings were tasty but not as hot as they should be. Beer was cold.

Waitress was sweet but new and inept - will blame management. Didn't know beer list and had to come out 10 minutes later to apologize about being out of onions rings. Had to remind her about the beer we ordered when we sat down.

The restaurant - carpet pealing up in spots. Weird stains around the doors. Hostess and some other staff standing around looking really bored. Mens bathroom was out of towels with heaping waste cans and puddles under the urinals.

Yes, it's a sports bar but that doesn't mean it should be a pit. Management needs to be addressed.

I see someone purporting to be the owner adds the same response over and over saying to go to buffalowildwings.com/faq and "we will address with the team". I did that - verbatim comment from above.
