Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Victoria

I like the sauce and condiments on the original but don't eat pork so I order turkey original with only turkey, no black olives. Today I received what appeared to be the 'Smoked Turkey Breast'. I took it back, the cashier was very nice, the , maybe manager? , was rude condescending and her claims do not agree with the website menu. She proceeded to rip apart the sandwich and did find a couple pieces of red onion-there was not any on the half from which I had taken a couple bites. Then she claimed the special sauce was 'a garlic sauce' and painted on the buns 'early in the day'. There was no red tinge or tangy flavor which makes the 'Original' so good. They remade my sandwich and it was the same. No tangy sauce, just ordinary mayo, hard to tell if it had the 3 cheeses, and a small amount of onion. We had an Uber order and didn’t get an item. I couldn’t get in contact with the Uber driver, so then I called the store which was “ I think 1119 or 3” in the manager (Jazmine’s) words. She then told me that I had to go pick it up at the store or get it another day. I asked her if there was any way they could get in contact with Uber since I couldn’t get through and she basically told me no. I asked if I can get my refund and she said it had to be done by the Uber app or go get it in cash by person. I wasn’t able to get it credited back to my card through schlotzskys.
