Ashley was the 1st store I went to yesterday looking for very specific couch features. Chad greeted me at the door and kindly showed me my options. After not having everything specific I wanted he introduced me to their sister store to see what was over there.

Jason greeted me listened to my specific needs and while they didn't have exactly what I was looking for he showed me a recliner that had the massaging/heat function so while I definitely wasnt planning on getting a recliner I purchased one!

After finding a couch from Ashley's and a recliner from 5th I left to go to other stores in town. After dealing with rude people at the locally owned store I went back to Ashley.

Jason was so friendly, played with my granddaughter who was with us just as their sisiter store employee did. Also, truly wanted to help with what I was looking for. Probably the best shopping experience in a very long time!

Definitely will shop both of these...

Debra was so easy to work with. I had so many questions and was so unsure of my decisions but she helped me with everyone of my concerns. Love my kitchen counter stools. With lots of help, my husband and I purchased our Temper-Pedic mattress. Debra is helping me with my living room. Because we live in a rent house, I was unsure of what furniture pieces I should get because they might not fit in our next home. Debra is helping me with this process as well. 5th and home is absolutely wonderful. You can pick the furniture or mattress you want, customize it, and they will deliver it to your home. James and Crystal are awesome. Just go in and ask for them. They will help you from start to finish with picking out everything you want to purchase for your home. As per delivery, you get a phone call before the delivery truck comes with your order and they will even haul away your old stuff. Also, the quality of each item is very good.
