Northcross Shopping Center — Local services in Victoria

This shopping center has so so much potential, I really wish that they could utilize it better, the location is prime, access in and out and flow of traffic and parking isnt ever an issue. Really i could see it being a gold mine, that is if they'd only tap into that potential. Sadly though the handfull of businesses that do attract the majority of the attention seem to be the ones that are, one by one, slowly closing down, and the others that are left are doing anything but bringing in the crowds.
