Food was very good when we finally got it..waited a good ways and noticed 2 orders that were placed before us getting their food, went up to show our receipt and ask about food and the girl stated she needed to see if they even started our order while I was waiting at window noticed employees in back eating food and was wondering where our food was, then asked the girl if we could go ahead and get our drinks while we waited and waited for 5 another minutes while she went to back, sat back down because no one was up in front to ask about our food and again saw another employee eating, finally when she came to front she had drinks but served them for the people after us and she asked again for my receipt, I finally told her we wanted a refund and she went to back and miraculously showed up with our food and she stated that our food had been ready…we love eating at the other location and wanted to give this one a try and if service is like that we will stick to the first Tolberts..nothing beats...

I recently visited Tolbert's Dairy Treat, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. Firstly, I was not happy with the fact that my order was incomplete. It's frustrating when you expect to receive everything you ordered and paid for, only to find out something is missing. This oversight on their part left me feeling unsatisfied and inconvenienced.

In addition to the incomplete order, I found the food to be rather bland. The flavors lacked the depth and excitement I was expecting. It felt as though the dishes had not been seasoned adequately, which ultimately made the overall dining experience quite lackluster.

When it comes to dining at Tolbert's Dairy Treat, it is important to receive your full order and enjoy flavorful food. Unfortunately, my recent visit did not live up to these expectations. I hope they can address these issues and improve their quality control and flavor profiles in the future to provide a more satisfying dining experience for...

I've been going to dairy treat from high school days '94 and man this is not what it use to be the burgers were awful!!!!! They used to be nice and crispy on the edges, kinda like a smash burger. About 8 months ago we came to town to visit family and it was still good then. Told my wife I can't wait to go to dairy treat to get a burger. Man was I totally disappointed....... I guess opening a second location caused them to cut back on cost but man, og's like me know the difference.... I see other people have bad experiences as well. Two bites and na what a waste of 20 bucks!!!. Should have gone to whata!!! Everytime I come back home to visit i see more and more of Victoria slipping away. You people out there giving them 4 stars???? Have no idea what good burgers are or were. To my OG peeps out there, you know what I'm talking about if you've been there lately..... oh well, another good place in Victoria's rear...

The food was fantastic. I got the jalapeño burger all the way. I recommend getting some cheese along with it. The fries were nicely salted, hot, and tasty. This is the sort of place i would hesitate recommending for out of towners to eat at as the seating seems to be outside only, and the seats are rather uncomfortable, and while there is shelter, it's open to the elements. However, you can sit in your car sonic style or just take it to go. The bathrooms are very clean, too. They don't have public wifi, which i expect nowadays. Overall, I had a good experience, I regret not getting the ice cream, but I was stuffed.

This is the new location of Dairy Treet next to Parkway Church on John Stockbauer. It’s very spacious, new, and clean. The same menu options as the older location. They have a seating area too but it’s not covered (in the bright Texas sun.) The food is good, it tastes the same as the old Dairy Treet. Tasty chocolate milkshakes. Though I asked for a double meat and I got a single meat. Fast service and they call your name out no holding on to a number at this one, at least not for me. Definitely try it if you like hamburgers or ice cream or shakes. And it has a nice classic feel of the olden days.
