I’ve been shopping at Deutsch&Deutsch Jeweler’s in Victoria, Tx. for all of my jewelry needs. Yes, I have jewelry needs 😁. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve been shopping with Jessica specifically and I love the fact that she knows me and my husband by name each time we walk in. She knows my taste and shows me pieces that she thinks that I will love. She’s patient while I shop and makes conversation with me. She’s also knowledgeable about what she is selling. It feels like shopping with a friend. No high pressure to close a sale. Of course they want to sell, that’s what they are in business for, but she makes the buying experience fun and easy. Their on site jeweler does awesome work as well. He’s worked on several pieces that I own, and is currently working on a special custom piece for me. The ambiance is amazing! If you haven’t been in to shop for yourself or for a gift for someone special, I highly recommend this wonderful store. The quality of merchandise that they carry is excellent. It’s the only place that I will shop. I managed a jewelry store for 15 years, and this is still my jeweler of choice. I trust the jewelry consultant and the jeweler. They always make me feel welcome! Visited this business solely for the purpose of having my watch repaired, although ended up having it repaired and refurbished. Jessica, who as far as I can tell almost singlehandedly runs the place, was very prompt and clear in her communications throughout the entire roughly 100 day process. My watch was restored to almost new condition and looks beautiful, and I am very pleased with that. I do wish that, as long as they were handling my refurbished watch at all, that they had set it by the U.S. Atomic clock, not just a random clock on the wall. If you're going to set a customer's Swiss watch may as well do it by the precise time. Secondly, this store needs some more help, both times I visited I had to wait more time then you should have to in a high end jewelry store, listening to music that was both quite loud and not to my particular taste. Otherwise I am pleased overall, and will return to Deutsch and Deutsch-Victoria if my watch needs servicing...

Great experience. I needed to get my dad's old wedding band resized for me, but I wanted to make sure his initials on the inside weren't damaged. I also wanted to make sure the resizing wouldn't leave a weird bump. (I had my engagement ring resized in Houston and the Houston jeweler damaged the filigree while also leaving a bump where soldering was done. I don't even wear my engagement ring anymore because the bump is so noticeable.) Deutsch & Deutsch did such an amazing job! The ring is flawless, the engraved initials look just as they did before the resizing, and Deutsch & Deutsch even managed to polish out the scratches from this 30+ year old ring. I am very happy.
