Don Lupe-Licious — Restaurant in Victoria

Ordered 3 tacos, 2 barbacoa and 1 potato egg and cheese, came out to more than $15, paid and drove around to wait for order. As I was sitting in my car awaiting my higher than usual priced tacos , with my window up mind you, A lady come out to tap on the glass as I thought it was going to be my tacos it was not, she instead asked to put out my cigarette, never in my 43 years of life have i heard such a bull *hit request she then says there is no smoking on the premises I scoffed and went ahead and put it out, then a few minutes later a gentleman approached tapped on my winder and handed me my order while looking around the interior of my vehicle to I guess make sure i put out my smoke, then in a stern yet sarcastic voice he says heres your tacos, have a great day. ... barbacoa tacos were greasy, decent amount of fat but not seasoned well and lacked salt the potato egg and cheese was ok, but the cheese never melted fully, maybe a low end cheese either way definitely not worth the "premium" cost and the stupidity of me having to quit smoking in my own vehicle with my windows up... Ultimately they get 1 star and I will not be visiting again, I will stick to other taco places where I can pay less then $10 get melted cheese, seasoned meat and still enjoy my morning...

Very disappointed, I went with my family this morning & My husband ordered 2 quesadillas and they told us they can sell the quesadilla only with the meat so we said it’s fine but please put the meat on the side , the quesadilla was for my 3 years daughter she doesn’t like meat so anyway, we Waited te for the food on the parking lot , and when we received the order the lady didn’t give us the receipt so that was weird and the lady went back to get it , so when we left I checked the order we didn’t have the meat on the side but they charged me for it plus they actually charged me 4% extra I called the place and the lady said is because we can sell it like that just with the cheese , so I said you should put at least the meat on the side she said we can’t , but they can charge me 18.48 for 2 quesadillas this is so ridiculous 😔 they didn’t even apologized or...

I've been to this restaurant one other time and had a great experience!! Food was great and women who helped me was very helpful and polite!! Today I had a total different experience. Women at window was very rude and disrespectful she misunderstood what I asked her for and immediately caught an attitude! When I first drove up I asked for breakfast burrito not realizing they had different sizes. Once she told me the price of $22.00 for two breakfast burritos I realize I only spent $5 for a burrito my last visit. Instead of being helpful she slammed the window then came back to assist me. Only reason I didn't check her and go off is bc I didn't want her to spit in my food but I will not be back to this location ever again and its unfortunate because the food is...
