I use to buy my vitamins and supplements from here ( VICTORVILLE LOCATION) until last week. I had to placed an online order for pickup in-store. I called the store to check on my order just because for some reason my emails had been delayed and or got into my spam. I just wanted to confirm my order was received. The guy that answered was completely rude and aggressive over the phone. I was explaining why I was calling, he proceeds to cut me off and say " are you going to want me to give you the information or not?!" , then " I cannot see orders you need to call the customer service number ". I had never been treated in that way anywhere actually. Not sure if he had a rough day, but I also had been at work all day with difficult scenarios and yet I was not disrespectful and or a "karen" which I should had been at this point. I simply said thank you, I'll look for the information myself. I hung up and canceled my order. I will go buy elsewhere. I do NOT need and or want this type of service. The store policy won't even give $ back for a product I had a bad reaction too "without a recipient " even though I'm a rewards member and they clearly looked up how much I purchased item for. I later found out they emailed the receipt (which he failed to tell me ). I will take my business elsewhere for now on and so will my family and friends. I'll be sure to let everyone know my experience! The sales associates were nice though! As someone who's worked in customer service for years I know very well you don't talk to the customers rude! Read moreWhenever I come, I am asked 3-5 times by the staff if I need help finding something. Each time I say no, and I've noticed them watch me as I browse around the store. Whenever I am holding a bottle of vitamins they will try to hold it up front for me, and I say no thank you. I'm not sure if the staff is just overly helpful or if they assume that I am stealing. Either way, it's a bit annoying. I've come many times over the last couple months and each visit is the same. There is one staff member that isn't so overbearing like the other two, but I mostly encounter the other 2.
