I have been in the HD for over 10 years and had not gone to this location. I have done stints in retail and fast food management Within my career.
One would think that a store which reciently had a rebuild whereas the store would operate on the level of a new store
I arrived at the location with another party, initially I was not greeted. The store Manager was talking to two females and a baby in the opening to the right of the opened register, saw us and said nothing.
They just carried this conversation on for several minutes. I guess the assumed that we came to the establishment to look at the menu. Just before we werevabout to leave, Finally the cashier asked would we like to order. I guess I was just standing there for my health. I will say the cashier was pleasant, yet died not apologize for the wait. But that's here nor there.
After we received our order heading to find a seat the majority of seats had not been wiped off. So we sat down at the one with thevless food particles and ate. I will say the meal was decent despite my frustration.
I get up to toss my food and a huge water spot was on the floor, just waiting for someone to slip and sue the heck out of the franchise.
Since i am a professional in my career I walk over and told the manager who now ways behind the front end. Seemed very lack of importance, then I left.
this is a business and personal conversations should not be blocking the path of paying customers and should make sure that the resturant is clean and clear of any spills.
This is a training issue which wendys corporate needs to train more extensively in managinf their resturants also increase the payroll hours so that the store cnn...
Read moreI stopped by hoping that this Wendy's was not too far from the freeway, but it wasn't.
I ordered a chicken burger, but unfortunately, I forgot to state, that pickles and mayonnaise would not be needed, but I consider that my fault. I also ordered vanilla frosty.
We asked for some ketchup and the 'clerk' took a really good handful and dumped it on our tray, I would say it was very nice of her to give us so much.
The bathrooms unfortunately were not open to non-customers, but we got some food and we were able to use the restrooms easily.
We received our order very quickly and of course, I was a bit picky and threw out the pickles. My frosty was very good and cold. I tried one of my family member's sprite, and it tasted a bit odd, like carrots, he eventually threw it out.
I would say that I had a pretty good experience, and if I ever get the chance to come around this area in California, then I would consider going back to Wendys, but I live 600 miles away, perhaps, and more likely that I will visit a different Wendys. Thank you...
Read moreI used to really like this location but it’s gone down hill. I had a replacement order for bad service I got at a different location and as soon as I told a member she seemed annoyed and said she’d have to ask someone else. She came back and said nobody told them anything about it I showed her my email and she begrudgingly replaced the order. We asked her if we could pay for more items and she ignored us and sent another employee saying they want more stuff and walking away. This was after we waited for about 15 minutes in line because some other customers had issues with their order. Afterwards the lady talked to the manager who was staring at us for some reason. I will say that the young male cashier that rang us up was kind and polite and the food was good but other than that this was a worse experience then the...
