On this particular visit, I was so impressed by the MANAGER!!!! I just wished I had gotton HIS name b4 I left because he deserves A PAT ON THE BACK by somebody on up in the chain of command over him!!!! So if anyone reads this and has access to the schedule, he was working the night shift on Dec 22-19.. So anyways, we pulled thru drive thru, ordered our food, then pulled around to the parking lot to park and eat our food..Because it was pretty chilly that night,we left the truck running with the heater on while we ate. Well I always get the Roast Beef Sandwich with the French Dip Combo. As I was getting all my food out of the bag, I noticed that I didnt get very much french dip at all. I knew that it would only take just a few dips and the bread would absorb all that french dip up quickly but i didnt mind that because I'm not hard to please..So I'm one of those kind of folks that eats my fries 1st b4 they get cold. They were hot and cooked to perfection!! Then I started on my sandwich. As I picked up my roast beef sandwich, I noticed it was still steaming hot and then dipped it into the french dip and took a bite. That's when I noticed my french dip had to be cold so I checked the dip and sure enough it was cold. So I told the person I was with to pull back around to the drive thru so I can see if they could reheat my dip or better yet just give me another cup of dip since there was very little in mine..As we were pulling around we could see some of the lights going out as they were closing and I was like, Ol Man, No Way!!! This was to good of a sandwich not to be able to dip it into some HOT DIP!!! As we pulled up to the window, an employee opened the window and I explained to him about my dip and with no care in the world, he told me they were closed. Then I asked, "Is there anyway you could throw it in yalls microwave just for a few seconds pretty please"?. I could tell by the look on his face that his reply was gonna be no cause their closed but the MANAGER walked up behind the employee just as he was bout to reply back and asked "what is it"? Then I explained to him that our meals were perfect except for the cold dip and I was wondering if they could throw it in the microwave real quick, pretty please"?. And he told me, "Sure, that wasnt a problem at all"!! So then he came back to the window and gave me my cup of dip while warning me to be careful because it was very hot and then he told me that he even added more dip to it also. I told him that I was so sorry and I wasnt trying to be an annoying customer but I just wanted some HOT DIP to go with my sandwich and he said not to worry about it because that's what they are there for. He was very friendly and I could tell that his heart was in his job and he wanted his customers to be happy. He wished us a Merry Christmas as we did to him as well..So i left a very satisfied customer who had her hot dip..lol. And i would highly recommend anyone to...
Read moreMy issue wasn't with the food but with the service. My food was due to be ready at 413pm. I got to the store at 417pm and it was half ready. The milks were on the counter for the kid meals. One of the kid meals was bagged on the counter. I stood around for 10 min without anyone saying anything to me or adding to my order. Finally the girl at the front started putting the order together. She told the woman she rang up, while I was standing there, that it was her 1st day up front. No one was helping her but she didn't move with any urgency. When I was given my order one of the meals was missing. It had been sitting on the counter at the back the entire time I was in the store. All of the food was cold when I got home with it, which is 5 min away if that far. We were in a rush due to my son having a Boy Scouts event so I couldn't wait for it to be redone. So disappointing and just another reason to stop eating out. It's not worth it to waste money. The food industry is going downhill...

Second problem; I love the Beef N Cheddar, but not the Onion Roll bun. There is no option to change the type of bread. So I ordered to go but told the person at the counter that we were eating here to avoid having it bagged. To get my sandwich, I ordered the Double Roast Beef and added the Cheddar Sauce and the Red Ranch. I also love the Strawberry Lemonade, so I had to get one of those. My wife ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich with a Sweet Tea. The app allowed me to pay online. The order was processed quickly, and we got our food moments later.
