So today my sister and I goes in to pick up my order, two employees one on the floor and one making the the subs. So while we were waiting, I asked the worker what was the sub of the day, she looked at me with a attitude and kepted on working. So I politely walked over closer so I can see the board. I saw that it was hot honey ham, as I was telling my sister, the worker blurted out, "We don't have that", and started ringing the customer in front of us. Then the other worker was coming back to the floor, I was trying to ask her did they have any sub replacing the sub if the day, as the worker on the floor gets ready to answer; the one behinds the counter said I told you we don't have the sub if the day, I replied but you didn't say if you have a replacement or anything, she was NO with her stank attitude. I saw were this was going so me and my sister was like whatever and sat down. Now mind you, she still haven't asked can she help us or anything we're still waiting nobody in the store but us. So instead of helping us she starts on a online order that happens to mine. (Meanwhile the other worker son I think with autism was there and came and gave me hug , so sweet but he should not be allowed behind the counters š¤)So once she was doing the oil & vinegar, I asked her if she can put some more oil on the sub, she noded her head yes, but she started to close the sandwich up anyway , I said excuse me can you put some more oil on them, then she replied " you said salt & pepper ; salt & pepper isn't on your order, so my sister said "she didn't say anything about no salt and pepper, she asked for extra oil twice", telling she's had an attitude every since we walked in here. As they had their words, I'm still calm as I'm asking can she finish my food please. So she says" I don't know why yall asking what the sub of the day is when you already had ordered, my sister told her we've been in customer service a long time and hers was awful, if a customer ask about your products your suppose to answer/help. ( Now mind you my sister was going to order her three kids something before they take their long drive back home). So then the worker says you have an attitude, I'm not fixing your food you can go cross the tracks and I'll finish yours only because you already paid for it. My sister began ro ask the other worker can she come make the three subs which she was willing, once she put her glove on the other worker was like Im the manager she's not making your sandwiches, my sister was hot she went outside calling the police ( which I know they can't do anything) But while Im grabbing my food and my cups. I asked the other worker who son was behind the counter can she give me the owner number , she said she was new she didn't know and Mrs attitude said you can come get it in the morning, this my store At that point I did go off a little on her because I gave her a pass the whole time she had that funky attitude , you say you the manager than act like one, very disrespectful and the attitude was unnecessary and trying to make it seem like it was us. My sister was outside and not responding to her anymore, she's keeping the foolishness going. I know it was nothing but the devil trying to get me to stoop to his level. We only was matching her energy. Probably a family member of rhe owner, so she think she can say what she want. This is my third time in this subway in the last two weeks since I've been down and each time you got one that have an attitude and poor customer service. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. PERSONALLY I LOVE SUBWAY AND STILL TO THIS DAY WILL ALWAYS BE A FAN OF SUBWAY. However, this particular establishment will no longer receive anymore of my services nor do I recommend anyone else waist their experience. At least until they hire some ACTUAL HELP WHO CAN ACTUALLY EXECUTE THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE RIGHT FORM OF MANNER. . We ordered two foot long subs. My partner had to basically tell the worker how to make his own sub. I ordered an ultimate b.m.t . When he asked me if I wanted it toasted or plain I said toasted and happened to look down at the sub before he stuck it in the oven. At first I just noticed that pepperoniās were missing, then I noticed it had bologna on it. I immediately asked for someone else to come make my sandwich. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD Now to back track to first arriving at this location thereās ā5 workers who are in uniform ALONG WITH A TODDLER WHO CAN BARELY WALK behind the counter.
After asking for another employee, OUT OF THE FIVE IN UNIFORM who are there one(WHOSE AMAZING AND DESERVES ALL CREDIT) finally comes and makes my sub the right way. After asking where the management team was, and why no nobody else seemed to want to help the original sub maker of my sub. I get remarks like āIām off the clockā (YET YOU BEHIND THE COUNTER STARING INTO MY MOUTH AS IM VOICING CONCERN) JUST HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. I understand things get busy during lunch hour and things happen but on multiple occasions, it is the same mistake over and over again. I believe the special instructions could be looked at more closely and the ingredients could be chosen as we pick online. I do know everything we choose online is printed off into an order for them to look at, so therefor if a special instruction says to specifically not put something on the sandwich then that means donāt put it on the sandwich. Or if there is certain ingredients chosen that means put them on there, donāt start adding random items to sandwiches. Because people like me get upset after so many dollars wasted on a footlong that goes straight in the trash. And yes, iām hangry because I am starving and just wasted $10 for something to go...
