This location was easy to find. Upon entering staff greeted us with a very pleasant tone. This was me and hubby's 1st Big Chicken experience. 😊 I expressed that to staff who assisted as we navigated the menu options.

We ordered and food was prepared and received within 7-10 mins. Which is great....I love cook to order fast food. We dined in to experience the food at its peak freshness.

I was expecting bone in chicken. There is none on the menu....only tenders or the chicken breast for the sandwiches.

This is not the place for the health conscious. The majority of the menu is fried.

We had the tender meal with onion rings, fries and a chicken burger.

The presentation of the tender meal was impressive. The tenders were a good size and came atop two slices of garlic bread.

Overall, it was a good experience, was a little bit more expensive than expected.

My family and I wanted to try it when it was slower and not "so new". We went about an hour before close on a Sunday and were the only people dining in. We ordered the original big chicken sandwich, chicken tenders and bc fries. We did notice it was quite pricey but hoping it was worth it. The chicken on the sandwich was huge and the breading was crispy but light. It was also super thick and juicy. The breading was a bit too peppery, although I enjoy pepper, my kids thought the breading was too spicy. The tenders were cleaned well, we didn't find any skin or tendons in them which we were happy about. We also liked the thinner design of the fries. The sauces seem to taste alike, but we did like them. The customer service and atmosphere were both good. Overall we decided as a family it was good but not great, not something we would make a regular spot.
