This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. We stopped here over the weekend and it's safe to say I will likely never be back. I expected to wait as it's a busy weekend but I wasn't expecting 30 minutes of sitting out in the drive through spot nor did I anticipate how rude the manager is. We used my mobile app to order, got to the first window where the cashier asked if we needed to pay i motioned that we had paid on the phone, he closed the window. After sitting for a minute i motioned to try and get his attention because i wanted a receipt, he looked at me and turned around. The line moved so i moved with it. The window person tried to hand me food that wasnt mine, it became obvious orders were flipped. She asked our order, the manager was just eye rolling and wanted our receipt, i explained there wasnt one thanks to the previous window, again with eyerolls and said "well youll have to park them because i dont have that order." The person running food came to our car once and asked if we had two cheeseburgers, we didn't. Never asked what we were waiting for and never came back to us even though he brought food to several other cars. I decided to go inside after we sat for about 20 minutes. Apparently in more confusion my order was placed on the counter and was now too old to serve. Apparently the food runner had it with him along with the two cheeseburger meal he couldn't give out earlier. Nice. I told my order to several people, several times. Another woman next to me had an issue with her order. The manager came out looked around and just yelled "ok...what's your problem?!" We were both shocked, so was everyone behind us. After waiting another 10 minutes one of the people in charge or shuffling orders to dining room rang in my order, they never even started working on it the entire time I was there. I'd like to give a thank you to the girl working the front register to dining room because if she hadn't bothered the food people no less than three times I wouldn't have had anyone do anything about my order for who knows how long. She was extremely pleasant and was doing her best with several irritated customers. I wish I could at least say the food was food but my order was wrong and fries were rubber, probably put my old ones in the bag. Was NOT worth going back in to deal with. Read moreThe lady at the counter tonight was so out of line I hadn't even been taken care of and left disgusted.
After a young man of color went through the drive thru TWICE and still didn't get the correct order. (I know this because unlike the lady at the counter, I was actually listening to what his issue was) He had parked and came in. Was waiting patiently for her to get through chatting up another customer, being oh so nice while asking them to give her a good review via the survey on the receipt 🥴 She finally acknowledged this man waiting.
He started explaining he'd like a refund as he'd already been trying to get the correct food for a while. (REALLY long drive thru line tonight) He wasn't being rude or abrasive, (unlike her) he was simply frustrated as anyone would be.
She literally shhh'ed him like a child as he tried to explain. When he asked that she not do that, she then said "I was trying to get you to calm down".
And instead of just apologizing, she continued to behave as though he was doing something wrong by coming in asking to be refunded, when all he was doing was TRYING to explain why he was upset with the order. She at one point even stopped listening to him all together, while he was speaking to "thank" a couple guys leaving for "being patient".
It MOST DEFINITELY seemed as though she had preference to whom she was kind to!!
This young man was not overly agitated or disrespectful in the least! But watching the whole thing happen had me getting VERY agitated, which is why I chose to leave because thankfully I hadn't ordered and didn't have to stay, I was/am so upset with the way she was treating him!! Read moreOur customer experience at this location was AWFUL. We arrived at about 9:50 when the night shift comes on, as we were traveling with our family and 4 littles home from the lake. The employee in question was a very old woman, likely in her 70s, that was absolutely awful at the food window. She gave our entire order to the car in front of us, which caused us to have to wait an additional 10 minutes at the window. Then she got very vocal and angry when she told my husband he did not order fries, when in fact, he ordered a Big Mac meal which *comes with fries. She eventually checked her order screen and agreed, very rudely, not bothering to apologize. We were going on 15 minutes of waiting at the window, before we FINALLY received our food. She was very hostile, rude and mean to both my husband and I, through no actions of our own. When my husband asked for Big Mac sauce, she refused to give him some because it cost .45 cents and she would "absolutely not do that for any customer." My husband was absolutely irate and controlled it extremely well. We also found out this old woman messed up BOTH cars orders in front of us, as the employee at the payment window was telling us what the delay was for. This old lady was abhorrently AWFUL and I sincerely hope she is fired from this location. Our kids were in tears due to the fact that we had to wait almost 40 minutes TOTAL in the drive thru line to get their food. If you like wasting your money, and waiting a very long time for your food, this location is for you.
