Subway has been a go-to meal for me for a long time. Unfortunately though, this particular Subway has gone downhill in quality over the past few years. I'm sure at least part of that is fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic, but where other local restaurants have recovered and provide great service, this Subway seems to always leave us disappointed.
We've ordered delivery a few times and while being limited to bottled drinks is completely fine, each time we've received our orders over the past few months, the bottles drinks were months past expiration and occasionally were completely void of carbonation despite being sealed when they arrived.
The sandwich ingredient quality remains pretty consistent, but there seems to be something wrong each time we order. For our last visit, they were out of onions. Not a major issue, but when compounded with all of the other things that have gone wrong every time we order food, we always find ourselves asking why we continue to come back hoping for better results.
If you go in to get your drinks and all of the toppings you want are available, you'll most likely leave satisfied, but that just hasn't been the case for us in the half dozen times we've ordered over the last...

Decided to just go in. There were 2 workers with 1 customer. Told them about the line of cars but didn't seem to care. Able to get my subs made relatively quickly (2 6" and a kids meal). When asked if there was anything else I said to just make them combos. Paid, didn't get the combo stuff. Asked and they said they didn't know it was going to be a combo. They gave me a cup and cookies for 1 combo for no extra charge but in reality I needed it for 2 combos. However at this point they were now working on the pile up at the drive thru and it wasn't worth the hassle of correcting. Did have to ask about the drink for the kids meal. My one complaint is a choice the corporate location made (a while ago I assume). Although this location might accept the occasional coupon, most locations only allow deals from the app. I’m from a another part of Michigan, but it’s the same case there. Problem is, they were so low on bread (understandably so), the app wouldn’t allow customers to make subs with bread at this location today. I could walk in and buy two subs (without the by1get1 deal) and pay full price, but I couldn’t use the app. It’s the same amount of bread. They also do not allow you to get the deal without the app. My one complaint is the choice Subway made as a company - to only get a deal of you use the app.
