I am beyond thankful for this business. The only place that I was aware did video transfers was walmart. I hated using walmart. I had a 1st bday VHS to be transfered to DVD. That tape meant the world to me as my dad was in the video and he has passed since then. It felt like the chances of it being mishandled or lost were seriously high because they send them out to a different place to transfer them. It took a MONTH to get back. It cost 27 bucks as well. I hated having to wait so long. I came to I-ken and I drop off two mini VHS and the guy tells me, "Okay they will be ready in a couple of hours." I couldn't believe how fast they were! Also the price was 27 bucks. So to those in the comments claiming its pricey, I don't think they did their research on other companies pricing. This was almost the same as walmarts, it never left the business so no worries of it being lost, and I got it back withing a DAY. I will always use this business, and I hope they don't...

Cannot thank them enough! They did a vhs of my grandparents wedding and handled everything so swiftly and professionally! A million times better than any send out service! The employees there are knowledgeable and super informative! I felt like my priceless vhs was safe and handled with the upmost care. My only complaint is Toby(the dog) was never there. Seriously go through this place for its services! Cannot thank them enough. We got the vhs to digital(thumb drive) for $40 something almost $50 and it was ready the next day. The item you bring in never leaves the building much less the room, and the employees really seem to care! So personal, loved them! 100/10...

Called and explained my situation in detail, he said bring it in and he’ll try to fix it no guarantees, I bring it in he takes one look at it and says no I won’t touch that I don’t have the patience for it.
