Holl's Handcrafted Swiss Chocolates — Restaurant in Vienna

Holl's Chocolates is one of my favorite places to visit! We are so lucky to have such a wonderful business in our area. The quality of their chocolates is incomparable! I love businesses where I can find unique products for myself or for gifts. I used the website for the 1st time recently to send a birthday gift to a friend. It was very convenient & she was delighted, which made me very happy. :-D

My son & I began visiting Holl's Chocolates in the month of June, when he was in elementary school 10-11 years ago. I took him there to get their famous Double Dipped Chocolate & Fondant Covered Strawberries.🍓🍫 It was a fun way to end each school year. He's 20 now and in college & still reminds me we need to get "our strawberries!"😊❤ I gifted the strawberries to a few of his elementary teachers who were special to us. They made a beautiful & delicious gift.

Holl's Chocolate is a staple in the culture of Vienna. Since childhood, I considered Holl's to have the best chocolates. It was an easy go to for St. Valentines Day gifts. I moved away after graduating high-school and would tell people about the chocolatier in my hometown. Years later, I found out they also do coffee, so now I don't buy grounds from anywhere else.

The service here is phenomenal. They take customer service/ customer relations seriously. This place should be the standard for the industry.

Disappointed! On the busiest chocolate purchasing day of the year, they do not have shopping bags for anything larger than a small purchase. I bought $68.00 worth of chocolate that is not much better than Russell Stover or Whitman's...& at least I get a shopping bag at their stores. Customer service was poor at best. The clerks allowed me to stand over 5 minutes before asking me if I needed help. After returning with my chocolates, they allowed me to wait an addition 5-10 minutes before cashing out my purchase.
