McDonald's — Restaurant in Vienna

I just went there at 4am through the drive through and the cashier claimed the system was down and that they would only be taking cash. That's fine I have cash. I ordered 4 McDoubles with Mac sauce, and 2 hot and spicy mcChickens. Then she told me to pull up to the second window. I did. When I did she told me "20 bucks" I handed her a 20 dollar bill and was expecting change or something. Nope. Did I see her put the 20 in a drawer. Nope. And when I asked for a recipt so that I could scan it and "redeem my points" she said that I can't get a receipt. Then I asked how in the world did my order become $20? "The 2 sandwiches are now $6, and the mac sauce is 40 cents more a sandwich. So if she was correct 4 mcdoubles so 12 dollars +1.60 = 13.60 2 hot and spicy mchickens =19.60 without tax. Now on Google a mcdouble is 3.19 and add one for a dollar So 4 mcdoubles 2x@ 3.19 x2= 6.38 + $2 = 8.38 + 1.60 for mac sauce = 9.98 Plus 2 hot and spicy mcChickens? + well say 4.25 +1 for the dollar add on 9.98+ 5.25= 15.23 without tax. She's stealing money and thought that i was just another drunk college kid. Well god bless the fact that I'm 100% sober. I want to talk to a manager asap.

Updated: I got home and they did not hold the ketchup and mustard like I asked they used pre made burgers and slapped some mac sauce on right before breakfast started so they could pocket some quick cash. So at this point I'm upset so I get in the truck and go to the drive through and ask for the manager. She says "she's remaking your order right now" "I don't want the order, take it back. I just want my money back" so the manager comes to the window and is extremely rude and has an attitude because i just found out their quick 20 dollar grab out. "What did you order?" "4 mcdoubles no ketchup or mustard add mac sauce, and 2 hot and spicy mcchickens" "I gave the lady a 20 dollar bill and I want my money back." "20 no change?" "Yes" Then she slams the window Comes back with my 20 dollar bill and hands it me "Here take your money and don't come back we don't serve you" Then shoos me away with her hand and slams the window. I used to be this location for my morning breakfast lots of times. everyone is happy, efficient and smile, a lot of good memory especially last year when I saw the staff smile, all me work pressure is gone.

But tonight it is really a bad memory. we were off work and hungry and we believed we could get a happy dinner from this location again in drive through, but it is totally different this time.

you considered my order as a meal without asking we ordered 4-d crispy deluxe, we repeated three times, and you asked us whether we ordered 4b or 4c in an order tone until we told you 'd' as dog. 3 . you showed your rude impatient with directly speaking through the microphone we waited close to the yellow line for about 6 mins as requested , after home, we noticed that all three french fries are totally cold and obviously not fresh fried at all!!some of them even smelly. The crispy deluxe is cold too!!! our home is only 5 mins driving from this location!! how all the food could be totally cold in 5 mins!

I know 6:30 pm est is usually a busy time for everyone , but this is not a reason that you should treat anyone in this way, that is almost around 30$ dinner and we did not expect such kind of case.

Finally, practice your English pronunciation please, Sir! Yes, I am talking to you, that gentlemen aged around 40 years old tonight in the cashier position in drive through !! Your English pronunciation is so bad , and even more difficult to be understood after it went through the speaker, I can barely understand what you talking and asking!! I am not the only one...

I been going to this location for very very long time, to get McDonalds breakfast with my McDonalds App, so I dont have to deal with any rude, disrespectful and unhelpful manger like this morning. she, the Manger at this location refused to serve me ,and said I am laying to her about the McDonalds App, even tho I show it from my phone and told her I order same order all the time at this location. When I give her the code on the McDonalds App. Then she did not eve tell me the code in the app did not work, and want me to pay her the full price for it without telling me. After that ,She totally ignored me and started taking someone eals order ,like I have no money or any type of Value for being McDonalds customer for long time at the same location. I never ever see this type of rude mager at this location at all. And then she refused to give me her store Manger #Number or Mcdonalds #1800 ........number and her name also. She was the worst mager ever for McDonalds ever. Worst experience ever. Same time I went to different locations and did samething thro McDonalds App.everything work normally and my App worked 100% fine. I never ever said anything about anyone ever but she make me leave Hungry ,disappointed, disrespectful, unhelpful ,worst attitude and hopeless...
