Brendan and the food was to DIE for! Service was SUPER FAST, food was delightful in every aspect and the green beans were my favorite with the salmon. Everyone loved the food in my party. Thanks to the owners for making this happen coming to Brevard county! We will be back again and again! Thank you, Tony for coming over and making us feel at home. Update on 3-29-25, so we were hoping that our 4th time back that the other ones were just mistakes, minus OPENING NIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS AMAZING. But this last time was probably the last mainly due to food cuts and not price cuts. So after placing appetizers for pickles and getting ONE PICKLE CUT LENGTHWISE INTO 5, we were all cracking up. They changed the amount and recipe of what they were doing. THEY WERE ALSO REAL BAD. (So same price for less product 10.99) We had a table of 10 so, Casey should’ve advised prior that we may want to place 2 orders. (Waitresses should be trained to make the restaurant money) like when there’s drinks from the bar, keep them coming. We had to get up the entire time to do so. Wait time for even our regular drinks to be refilled, was so long I ended up walking in and asking the bar if they could find her. So when she came back to place the food order, I asked if any other items had changed. She assured me nothing else had been altered! LIE!!! The mashed potatoes were the quantity of a baby size jar of food, THE FRIES, YES WE COUNTED BECAUSE THERE WAS 11, on several members plates. So why not change the price? The broccoli wasn’t cooked all the way, the Mac and cheese is awful now, the last 2 times the ribs were all fat there was hardly any meat, empty ketchup bottles on the table. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t have to ask 3x’s for it! Mind you we were sat on the outside far right corner of the restaurant, so maybe that’s why service was so bad. But there was a door right next to the kitchen. Casey received a 48.67 tip for nothing. She literally was and I’m sorry the worst at service. There’s no training needed to refill drinks, make sure condiments are at the table, know food portion changes, come back and check on your table in a timely fashion to refill drinks! That’s all common sense. So what will Todd do to fix the flaws? Well I’m not sure they care. It’s a chain restaurant and most of the time, they’ll keep on trucking like nothing is wrong. By the way they ADD THE TIP IN...
Read moreJust left at 4 PM this June 28th and I am going to say things management and other patrons. We had just purchased 2 gift cards for Ford's garage since we had not been there since early March and the food and service where excellent. To our dismay we had a terrible experience.
Upon arrival there was only one person at the hostess station so we had to wait as she was also selling merchandise to another group. Once another person came she sat us by the kitchen and bathroom entrances passing several empty 2 person booths. We asked to be seated elsewhere and she showed hesitation.
We ordered Henry chicken, pulled pork mac n cheese along with onion rings. The rings were greasy and cold. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The sun dry tomatoes and basil were wilted dry and chewy as if the plate had sat under a heat lamp for to long. The pulled pork on the mac n cheese was dry and the serving size was just about two table spoon full. We told the server and he took the chicken plate and asking if we wanted anything else. We declined, but as we sat at our table we could overhear the conversations at the bar and other tables also complaining about the quality of the food and service. It's a shame how the quality of the food has gone down and it is as if management does not care. We never had anyone other than our server ask us about the food. Even after we sent the chicken back did we see management, we weren't even told if it was going to be taken of the final bill. Upon receiving the bill we noticed the charge was still there. I gave the server a $50.00 gift card and never received the card back or asked if we wanted the change back. So we just left. By far this was the worst experience we've had at this location of Ford's garage. Management never stopped once at our table or any other table. In addition to the issue with the food, the men's bathroom smelled of raw sewage trash can was full and bathroom dirty. Again this was the worst Ford's garage location we have visited. It's a shame the standard that we enjoyed when it first opened are no more. It was truly a waist of...
Read moreWonderful, perfect experience.
I just had a very tasty meal, a lovely beverage, and an excellent dessert, all served with friendly, attentive service by our server Sierra. My parents and I went for a late dinner at Ford's Garage, and apparently we missed a big rush, which may have afforded us a better experience, so keep that in mind, but if our server hadn't told us, we never would know as the restaurant was clean, the food perfect, and the service excellent. I had the Espresso Lane cocktail which hit the spot. In addition to the cars and service station memorabilia you will notice car-themed names on most things. The fried pickles are fried pickle spears which makes them so much better than the fried slices. My parents each had burgers and fries and both were very happy with them. I had the Chicken Henry and the flavors of the goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes mix really well. I gave in a had the Brookie Sundae. There are no surprises here, but again, as with the entire meal, the execution was as good as it could be and I very much enjoyed the gooey warm Brookie and cold ice cream combo. Our server was delightful and checked in with us often, though we didn't need to ask for much because everything we needed was already there.
The restaurant is accessible and fat-friendly, with my only complaint being the bathrooms. In keeping with the car-theming, the sinks are tires and the design causes a lot of water on the floor, to which there are no-slip mats under them but I would still caution people to walk carefully. The sink in the accessible stall is a regular sink though. I'm also going to spare someone a heart attack and spoil a secret about the Women's bathroom. The door says "Women" on the outside, but when you go to exit, the door looks like it says "Men" instead. Yeah. I totally questioned whether or not I went into the right one! Over all it's definitely a fun place to have a meal or drink. Thank you, Ford's Garage Viera for giving us a...
