Dunkin' — Restaurant in Villa Park

I went in and ordered a frozen coffee and after ordering I was the wrong change. My total was $6.01, and I handed the cashier $10.01 and she gave me $3 back and when i mentioned, my change was a dollar short she rolled her eyes and walked away. I understand it’s just a dollar but still, so she ruined her chance of a tip. My order was not called out when it was done, so I was waiting for it while it just sat there. Another coworker goes “oh there’s a bit of a surprise in there for you” and laughs, as in that’s a good thing to say? I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a frozen cookie dough coffee, and there is no taste of cookie dough and I didn’t get any cookie dough topping as in the picture on the board but instead rice krispie flakes on the top. Its good most of the time but a few bad managers can bring a place down and the manager went to tell me after giving me burnt coffee that it was impossible for that to happen cuz they re brew every 16 mins well it's possible cuz I got burnt coffee he continue to give me attitude and unfortunately I didn't have time to re-stop in because I'm watching my son at home this is something that should never happen if they follow the standards. This can also be solved by requesting a new brew every time you go in which I would suggest when going to this Dunkin' Donuts it's not the biggest problem because I usually am a person that takes what they get but don't ever tell a customer it's impossible when it's obviously...

The service here is always terrible. They never smile for one and are always rude and slow. This last time, I asked for 2 large decaf coffees, instead of saying something along the lines of "oh we are almost out of decaf, I could make another pot if you'd like to wait" the girl picked up the decaf coffee pot and rudely said "this is all the decaf we have" to which I replied "so could you make a fresh pot?"
