Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Villa Park

Service was great at the walk up. Our only complains was the summer flavors & special weren't on the drive thru board. So when we pulled up we saw them on the Windows but when we went to order I said just a second. Since I didn't see them. She said ok let me know when you're ready. We looked over the menu then told my littles oh I don't see that flavor now. oh wait "A" I don't see that flavor either. I also didn't ask. Instead we parked and walked up. Then proceeded to look at pictures that were posted. Which we saw when pulling up. Maybe a flat statement of "would you like to hear our summer flavors/specials." would of helped. What happened to the server turning the Blizzard upside down to show you it's solid before they give it to you??? The blizzards at this location are like milkshakes. They can't turn them upside down because they are all melted and watery. Is the cooling system on the machine working or are you operating at such a high volume that the cooling system can't freeze the ice cream fast enough to keep up with demand? Whatever the case is you need to figure it out fast because I have bought my last $5 cup of melted ice cream from you until you do! This is not the first time this has happened.
