Lorena's Juice & Snack Bar — Restaurant in Village/Town of Mount Kisco

The food is good, the cleanliness is just not up to par. I've visited this place on multiple occasions. This time the lady used a dirty rag that was sitting on the side of the counter to clean the grill before making my grilled cheese, and used the same gloves to prepare my food that she used to clean that grill. They usually have dishes sitting on the counters that still have residue from drinks they made long before. I've seen a milk that should have been in the refridgerator sitting on the side of the counter. This is a safety hazard, your customers could seriously get food poisoning. I don't usually come here because of the cleanliness issue but after what I just saw I won't be coming back here, unless I'm desperate and there are no other...

First time here and won’t be back. Stinks like dirty frying oil, so if you step inside you need to shower and do laundry after leaving - even after 2 minutes. The disturbing wall color, with that pungent smell, dirty toddler area and the visible clutter toward the back made me want to leave. Against my intuition I thought I’d let my kid try the place. Tried churros. For $11 you get “6 churros” and ice cream with Nutella? The ice cream was a 1/2 scoop and the 6 churros were actually 3 ripped in half — literally. The service here is really bad, I use to came here twice at week but now I came and they don’t have nothing or that’s what they say, they closed at 10:00pm but if you comes at 8:15 they won’t take some orders, they would say that they don't have the product to do it, like if you want’s a crepe they going to say that they don’t have strawberry or something else.
