I ordered a pizza for delivery last night. Usually I would prefer Pizza Hut over Domino's but I had a coupon for a medium pan pizza at Domino's so I thought why not. Save a couple dollars. The delivery wait was good. Pizza didn't take longer than 30 minutes. However, when I called in for my order, the girl that took my order seemed to be in a rush, which I could understand, I did call around dinner time. After placing my order she told me the pizza would get to me within 30 minutes or so. I said ok, but don't you need my address and she said that they already have an address on file. I asked her to read me the address just to make sure because I rarely order from Domino's and I was sure my address was not on file and she did but the address was really wrong. Good thing I did the double checking or else the pizza would have been delivered somewhere else. When I received my pizza, I opened the boxed and the edge of the pizza was burned, all the toppings slid off the pizza and when I took a bite into the pizza, the dough was way undercooked. The dough was extremely gooey and the pizza did not even taste like a pizza. Not sure how the edge gets burned but the pizza itself stays undercooked. But anyway, as I'm typing this review, I'm left feeling sick in the stomach and extremely nauseous. Never will I order from this location ever again. Next time I will pass on saving a few bucks and just order from Pizza Hut. At least Pizza Hut verifies my correct address everytime and cooks my pizza all the way. Thanks for the stomachache and...
Read moreThis is our local store and they do a great job. We semi regularly order, usually delivery. The drivers are polite, and I'm pretty sure we've met most of them. In the 5.5 years we've been living in the area, they have only messed up our order once. They also knew about it before we did, and the replacement pizza arrived minutes after the other one. (This was before the delivery insurance was rolled out.) This is a really well run store from a customer perspective. The times we've picked up the order, the employees are always pleasant and the store is always clean. We are thrilled with the improvements Domino's has made to the menu in recent years. Their pizza is improved, salads are large and surprisingly delicious for a pizza place (diced red onions!, cheese, tomatoes, decent greens mixture). I've ordered them before when we were out of salad greens. The pasta is good (we have not tried the bread bowls, just the regular order), the boneless chicken bites are one of our favorites, the sandwiches are good, and it's a toss up between the parm twists or the bites each time we order. Their cookie/brownie mixture is maddeningly perfect! I keep trying to replicate it, all to no avail. Resulting in more Domino's orders .... We have been, and continue to be very pleased with our...
Read moreI like Domino’s and have generally had good experiences at this location so I’ll spare them my recent 1-star experience. Things are tough for the fast food biz right now with the job economy I realize. The manager should know about the hot mess this place was during my most recent experience at this location though. I ordered a pizza through the app at 5:30p. I arrived for curbside pick up at 6:00p (app said it was ready). Walked into the store at 6:10p after no one came out. Talked to the young man at the counter who said they were “looking for my pizza”. Obviously they sent it to the wrong person or never made it in the first place as I saw they were starting my order over. Fine, I get it’s rush hour on a Friday. 6:30p I check in to see what’s going on. Same young man asks for my info again and apparently my pizza was NOT actually re-started when I talked to him the first time as he said they were just then going to start it at 6:30p. I finally left with pizza (1 pizza) in hand at 6:50p. Almost 1 hour spent at the store to get a single pizza. Workers were hustling but this place...
