Java Dancer Coffee Bar and Café — Restaurant in Village of Richfield

My daughter and I went here while we were waiting for my son to get out of practice. We are both gluten free so we got a gluten free cheese pizza. The pizza came out with the cheese shreds burnt and not melted. Tasted old. Come to find out it’s a frozen pizza. For $13! Likely has been their freezer awhile. I mentioned the issue to a blond lady who shrugged and said the gluten free products cook weird. I’ve had celiac for quite awhile and have had my Share of gluten free frozen pizza. They don’t turn out like this unless they are old. Mentioned it to the young girls are the front and they said “ok”. Mentioned it again to the blond woman as I handed back all but 2 slices that my daughter and I tried. They did nothing to rectify the situation other than offer to melt the burnt cheese more which wasn’t even possible. Really disappointed in my experience. You could have at least offered to make us a fresh pizza. Definitely...

First time here. Stopped in and got a hot tea and bakery items. The place is very large and bright. Plenty of seating options, small, medium and large tables. Something for everybody.

They have an extensive menu of breakfast and lunch items. Friendly and helpful service. They have a selection of Rishi teas and various bakery items.

Rishi Ginger Turmeric was good. The cranberry scone was wrapped up in plastic, and didn't taste fresh. Scones are better left unwrapped so they maintain the dryer texture.

They also carry a lot of other items for sale. Ranging from polished stones, candles, candies, etc. Gift ideas for everybody.

I would come back and try something other...

I recently stopped here for dinner thinking I was going to get a good smoothie and picked up some food. I got the four piece cod meal. The cod meal looks like chicken nuggets were just frozen and the food was served on a paper plate. and heated it up in the microwave. Got a salad. The salad chicken looks like it was heated up in the microwave and it came out super fast. The smoothies were blah and had no taste. The refreshers were super sour. It was like a sour patch kid had no mint or cucumber in the watermelon cucumber refresher. I would highly not recommend going here for food or smoothies or refreshers. Wish I could give it out a zero star. They should stick...
