Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Village of Weston

Ok where do I start…. I came in and ordered 2 items (eat in) 1 10” pepperoni pizza and BONELESS garlic parm wings. Pretty simple order. They said it would take 7 mins. 20 mins later they come out with food. Clearly I am eating here I should not have to walk to the front and ask for things like a fork. As I am waiting the manager is “training” someone and tells them if they are “failing and just feel like complete failure etc to just let them know and they can fix it. First off that’s not how a manager talks to new employees and was super unprofessional and frankly i felt bad for the poor guy. They have long hair but no hair nets and they are NOT wearing gloves I did see one of them wash their hands one time. They are not wearing gloves but making pizzas and all the food with unclean hands. touching their clothing etc. I got bone in wings (I ordered boneless) that were smothered in sauce and they were gross. The pizza crust was good but it was not cut all the way through I had to do it myself and it had WAY too much sauce on it. Long wait times.

Everytime I've ordered here in the last three months, I end up waiting an hour and a half for them to say "40 more minutes".

Today i was told it'd be 45 minutes on a pickup order. I then show up to the store in 45 minutes and I was told to wait another 45 more minutes as there were 20 orders in front of us. So I waited in my car for 45 minutes. I then ask again If it's ready and I'm told 45 more minutes. Waste of my time, canceled my order and went over to pizza hut

They're still garbage. I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. It's been over an hour and a half since ordering via the domino's app. I was told 75 to 85 minutes until delivery at 8:23pm. It's now 10:04 and no pizza. It's still in prep according to the tracker. Store says it'll be another 25 to 35 minutes (not the first time ive heard that, maybe Ill get it for breakfast). Why even accept orders if you can't realistically complete them? At least be realistic with...

First of all we'll charge you almost a dollar wing. Secondly when you get your wings they will be what looks to be like their drizzled in sauce and most of the wing is not covered by that sauce. If you were to order a pizza you can expect a warm Pizza. With a bunch of cornmeal that literally will cover every square millimeter on your finger when touching it and it is just overall greasier than McDonald's food. When you go to make a complaint they only give you 60 Pizza points or 20% off your next order their pizza delivery insurance is nothing but a joke they will not remake or attempt to make it right and other than those two specified ways and when you have a 30 + dollar order because that's about roughly the average your order will be and you have to waste basically all of it they make you repay for the full thing if you were...
