Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Village of Weston

I called in an order last year for my girls and drove there, waiting in line at the drive-thru, got my order, drove home and all my girls were unhappy because the online order was for all subs to have no onions on them...BUT THEY ALL DID HAVE ONIONS. Even when you remove them, the sub tastes like onions. Cost me cash and made my girls mad. Today I thought I'd try the food there 1 more time. Was in my car, in line for the drive thru, and a minivan with 3 children was in front of me waiting for our turn to order. We both had our blinkers on....The car that was placing their order while we were waiting pulled forward to the next window. All of a sudden, a car flew in front of the minivan with children in it, with no blinker, driving so fast and then pulled up to place an order. The lady in the minivan honked, and the rude guy who cut in line rolled his window down and waived his middle finger boldly. I walked in and told the entire staff what just happened. They didn't care and didn't, didn't show any concern and didn't compensate either of us who were in line, waiting, being safe with blinkers, and not swearing or being offensive. 2 visits= 2 Terrible...

I used to get the #6, the Vegetarian years ago, a LOT, and I mean at least twice a week. It was on a generous bed of avocado with fresh yummy veggies. Just had my first one in years at the Weston location. NO avocado on the bottom, like they used to have, and about a teaspoon of something green by the cheese that wasn't nearly as good as the old avocado generosity. The tomatoes were the absolute worst, horrible tomatoes I have ever had in the history of my 59 years of life. I know it's February, and we don't have fresh local tomatoes available, but my best guess is that they made these on a 3-D printer or something. The tomatoes had a decidedly FISHY odor and taste, I kid you not! I actually gagged and spit out my first bite into my hand! Once I removed the "tomatoes", I was able to eat about a quarter of the sandwich. The only reason I am giving a generous 2 stars is because the pickle was scrumptious as always. But boo to you, Jimmy John's in Weston, WI. PLEASE hire another produce buyer. And I'm in official mourning for the old #6, with its big wonderful squishy pile of avocado on the bottom and bright...

I've been ordering Jimmy Johns at least once a week and haven't had any issues until today. I ordered before noon received my confirmation email at Noon and I ended up calling at 12:32 asking where our food was and get told drivers on the way 12:40 rolls around driver walks in and sets food on counter. No apology for taking so long, nothing. I was very disappointed in the service today and didn't even bother calling back to inform them that they screwed up the order. I don't understand what normally takes them 10 minutes to make and have sitting on the counter would take 40 minutes to make and deliver today. The least they could have done is called and said...
