This place was running great for the first year or so. My orders were always right and fresh….I made frequent stops after work consistently , and they were the best BK I’ve been to…. but something changed the last month.
My order is always there are ALWAYS WRONG now. Today Around lunch I got a large plain whopper meal today with a Diet Coke. It had no whopper in the bag and a small regular coke…. ???
Well I got a credit from the app (it’s around dinner time now) and I got another large plain whopper meal with a Diet Coke …. The whopper was there this time , but not plain , it was the most slipped together fast food sandwich I’ve ever seen - extra mayo extra everything…. And to top it off , they game me a regular Coke again.
This place is beyond incompetent at this point and is bordering on malice. I will never stop at this...

I went to BK to buy my son a chicken meal about a month ago. My son text me that the chicken was cold after he took a bite of it! I complaint to corporate, they emailed me back saying there's "NOTHING" they can do! Even with proof of purchase, they didn't reimbursed me either!! Two wks ago, my fiance went to BK, I told him NOT to, but he said he's sure everything would be ok! He purchased the regular chicken sandwich meal. When we got home, he ate the meal but kept saying "the chicken tasted funny"!! Five minutes later, he was throwing up, diarrhea, sick as a dog for 3days!! Missed work those 2-1/2 days!!! Yo so I order for my boyfriend whom punched me in the face because it wasn't the right order and it's not what they wanted so I parked and tried to take it back and the lady says oh I can't take it back it left the property I said uh what no definitely didn't all I did was park she said she couldn't give me what the person wanted to buy and the rest of my money back.. nope she said she talked to someone in the back but nope. She came out said nope can't do it. They don't have any policy I could see written down anywhere saying they can't exchange or anything and they are supposed to make sure the customer is SATISFIED now that is on the receipt 🧾 AND I WAS NOT SATISFIED.
