I’m traveling rn and I stop at subway often, because I get the veggie delite often. I’m allergic to dairy and meat and I often had to ask the worker to change gloves, they also wouldn’t tell me if one of the sauces had dairy in it after asking. So I felt uncomfortable. I was overcharged for my meal and so was my boyfriend, The Veggie Delite is almost always $8.40-$9 I got a 12 inch which would’ve been around that price for the veggie delite and I was charged $11, my boyfriend got a 6 inch of the veggie delite and was charged $8 when it normally would’ve been around $4.40-$5. The worker was also very rude with my boyfriend and contaminated his sandwich by touching it with the same gloves they used to pick up cheese. He’s Vegan and is not comfortable with that. I was very uncomfortable and anxious with the whole experience, please teach better...
Read moreReceived coupons in the mail a few weeks ago. Figured I’d give it a try since I haven’t eaten at subway in over 10 years. Before I ordered, I noticed how high the prices were and figured with my coupon it wouldn’t be so bad.
I approached the counter to order and asked if I could use the coupon. It took me a solid 30 seconds to understand what the person was saying due to an extremely heavy accent.
Finally realizing they will not accept coupons at this location… I left. Makes no sense to me that you would rather lose 100% of a sale vs making a sale with a nominal discount.
I’m guessing I set my expectations too high for a subway located inside of a Walmart that has security on patrol 24x7 in Cumberland County.
Good luck selling your $15 sandwiches. There are clearly better options in this town… honestly not sure how a place like this stays...
Read moreNice and convenient especially after shopping with the kids. It is a nice rest stop and usually re-energizes everyone. Good service, good food (fresh veggies and meats). We normally get the ham, tuna, and meatball foot-long sandwiches. Glad that the ham and meatball sandwiches are part of the 4.99 foot-long promo. Not sure how long that will last, but thankful for the discount. Staff friendly, helpful, and prepares our orders accurately. They have 1.49 small slurpees for anyone who enjoys a nice slurpee during these warmer days. They also have Auntie Anne's pretzels which are good (they were good the last time we had them. don't normally order them for every visit). Not sure what to think of the candy...
