In the past year, only because my husband enjoys Domino's food, we have put up with the service here. After our last experience, we are switching to PJ's or Little Caesars, when we're in the mood for corporate pizza. Every single time we ordered, they got the order wrong, didn't give us the accompanying sauce, or the sandwiches were very poorly made. This last time, our pizza was burnt. I called up and asked for the manager to which the kid answered "uhh, yeah I'm the manager" (when we drove back to the store we discovered that the one who answered was not the manager). That didn't matter though after all because whoever was in charge that night last week, you wouldn't be able to tell. They looked at the burnt pizzas and reluctantly made new ones. Didn't have any good customer service saying sorry about that, nor offered to pay for the inconvenience. I didn't go for freebies but would have appreciated some semblance of care on their part. So, I took the phone number down for Salim Joarder (listed on the wall), left a message and did not get a call back. Will never go to the location on Landis ever again. Read moreI ordered a pizza online from a Domino's Pizza Store close to my house in Vineland New Jersey. Pizza went into the oven pretty quickly and then came out in a reasonable amount of time and then sat on top of the oven for 42 minutes before it was handed to the driver. The driver was pretty quick because I live so close and the pizza got here in about 5 minutes. The pizza was freezing cold I mean freezing cold I could put my hand right on it and there was absolutely no heat whatsoever, the pizza had been burnt in the oven and it was completely the wrong Pizza from what I ordered. I called Dominos to ask what was going on and the crew that answered actually ended up mocking me no matter what I said. Then when I finally got the manager and she said she would give me a refund I said is that it and she said it'll take two days to get a refund and I said so you're the manager of the Domino's and you're actually not going to apologize and she didn't. Called the store and waited on the phone for at least 10 minutes. Man who answered the phone said the food hadn't even left the store at that point. The options I was provided were come pick up my cold food, even though I paid a delivery fee and paid a $9 tip, cancel my order, or wait another 30 minutes for a new order and still come pick it up. No apologies were given. I understand everyone is short staffed right now, but this is unacceptable. Notify people of the actual wait time instead of promising delivery in 30-45min, call when orders are going to be late, offer discounts or future coupons, or at least an "I'm sorry for the wait and the inconvenience".
