I always place my order on the app before I get there so there’s enough time to have my order prepared when I get there. The last five times I decided to go to this location, my order was not ready. I didn’t think anything of it because it was busy, but for them to prepare the orders that had just walked in and placed them was out of line. Another visit I had once again place me order on the app, and when I got there they didn’t have what I ordered. So I asked for a refund, I used to work in customer service. Read moreOn Friday February 14th, at 5:46am we were held up in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes and accused of paying with a FAKE 20$ bill. Lady at the window had no idea how to tell if the bill was real claiming the picture didn’t look real. This location didn’t have a pen or any device to check bills. I believe we were racially profiled! After 20 minutes of arguing and video recording the staff to our defense , they examined the bill and apologized . We were given our sandwich and soda in return of deleting the video. This situation not only ruined my morning but pushed us back on our morning as we were heading to an event . Highly upset as we were in the car with our daughter and she had to witness us being accused of having fake money!...

I stopped going for a few months, after explaining to the manager AND corporate how many mistakes in the orders they always have, how many NON ENGLISH SPEAKING employees are trying to fill these orders and how THAT IS THE PROBLEM. Well, I was contacted by corporate to meet the manager, I did and NOTHING HAS CHANGED! I just went through the drive-thru again, ordered an iced tea with Equal and lemon and sausage and cheese on an English muffin - what I got was an iced tea with NO LEMON AND SUGAR AN 1/8" THICK IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP! and an egg and cheese English muffin...siiigh...I am DONE with this DD!! I spend, on average, $100+ A WEEK with the Dunkin brand...maybe it's just time to quit it altogether...
