Do not go to this Wendy’s location on Main Road in Vineland, NJ. The service is consistently terrible, and today was the final straw for my family and me.
We ordered three Biggie Bag meals with medium strawberry lemonades and three Cinnabon Pull-aparts, using valid coupons. After discounts, our total was $23.77 — but what we received was completely wrong. Two drinks were small instead of medium, we only received one Cinnabon Pull-apart (despite ordering and paying for three), no straws, and no receipt.
We were told to pull forward to wait for the rest of our order, but no one ever came out. When the supervisor finally approached the car, she had a rude attitude and said, “Can I help you with something? I have people behind you,” like we were the problem — when we were just following instructions.
My husband had to go inside, where he was met with even more attitude, laughing, and arguing. The staff tried to claim we didn’t order three Cinnabons, which is completely false. The order was clearly for three people: myself, my husband, and our son.
This is not the first time we’ve had issues at this location — but it will be the last. The unprofessionalism, lack of customer care, and nasty attitudes are completely unacceptable. Wendy’s corporate seriously needs to step in.
Again, save yourself the trouble and do not go to this location.

Very disappointed with the service from start to finish. First, the person taking my drive through order spoke so quickly I could not understand, then immediately became hostile when I asked her to repeat. Even when she repeated, she did not mention I had to have exact change if using cash. When I got to the window, I was told they had no bottle waters, that's okay but I was then upcharged because I changed my drink to a Frosty. My total was now $9.27 so I gave her a $5.00 and five $1.00 - of which one bill was literally thrown back at me saying it wasn't real. Of course it was real, but I wasn't going to quibble so I gave her another $1.00 bill. She gave me my Frosty and bag and then proceeded to tell me that I would not be getting my $0.73 because they don't have any change. WHY should a customer be shorted change because the restaurant is not prepared for business??? Also, the fries were totally rubbery-the dogs didn't even like them. Read moreEither the order screen isn't working and no one repeats your order back to you, or the order screen is working so you can see it while they ask you curtly "What else?" after every single item you order (which is a bit irritating even when you're only ordering a few items). Most of the time, we get halfway into an order for 4 items and a different voice comes on and asks you to repeat what you've already ordered. And almost every time, they either rush through ordering and make you park in mobile pickup and wait 10 minutes, or they don't even take your order until the person in front of you has gotten theirs and leaves. Then today, I hear the guy inside, who had just taken my payment, not uttered so much as a "Hello," cursing about something inside, and then he told me to park in mobile ordering, where I've been sitting for 10 minutes and watching at least 3 employees leave. Finally someone brings the food to me, but again, not a word, and doesn't even wait for me to check it and ensure they didn't mess up like they have many times.
