We used to get cappuccino here every day, but today, September 15, something went wrong. We ordered cappuccinos, but not only did they make the wrong coffee at first, when they remade it, they gave us just regular coffee — as if it was made at home. It was watery, without foam, tasteless… They handed it over silently and turned away. Very unpleasant. We weren’t here for long… We’re from California, and we’ve never seen such poor service before. They didn’t say “thank you” or “goodbye.” Even sugar was only given after we specifically asked, because in their opinion sugar shouldn’t be offered with coffee. They never provide a stir stick either — were we supposed to stir our coffee with our fingers? There is no sense of detail or understanding of service here. I believe they need to be trained to make proper coffee and to ask whether the customer wants sugar, and also to provide a stir stick with it. I don’t want to carry my own stir stick in my pocket.

I just knew about the places that are mostly a kiosk. This is a full coffee shop with every type of seating you could want, and Internet. I had drip coffee and the wife had a Latte. Both were excellent. The magic was the breakfast sandwich. It was too large. That's not the magic, I'll know to get one and share it with my wife next time. The magic is the crisp flaky croissant. Normally they are soft and sometimes doughy at other places. this was perfect. Lots of scrambled egg, nice sausage, cheese that they didn't go overboard on. Somewhere in the mix, perhaps cold cheese, had it end up not as warm as I might like, but it was solid.

I will drive out of my way to get my coffee from here. Vineyard is closer than American Fork and I used to drive to AF for my drink and sandwich. The coffee is great, love the taste and my drink always slays and the sausage breakfast sandwich is... amazing, so good, I purchased 2 once, to eat then and later. I would say that the customer service was better when they first opened, just because I have had my order wrong, but they were always good about fixing it. I love this place. **I decided to venture outside of my “usual order” so I tried the mango smoothie and it’s like a party for the taste buds.**

i am SO upset with this location. If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. I tried calling to talk to the manager or owner and no one picked up, so unfortunately i have to leave this review. I’ve been visiting the vineyard location as it’s closer to my work the last three days. The first day, my drink total was around $6.22 or $6.33. I handed the girl at the window a $20 bill and only received $12 back. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt telling myself maybe they didn’t count right, but then that didn’t add up because they also handed me no change. I was really upset that the girl who took my money, took it upon herself to tip them with MY MONEY!!!!! Second day, (drink was the same price), i hand a $10 bill and ask for my change, they still proceeded to not give me my coins yet they did give me the full amount back in cash I was to receive. Third day, I use my card and I just checked my purchase history and I was charged $7 flat!!!!! I am so upset.

I can not believe that they are so stingy, greedy, and dishonest that they take it upon themselves to tip THEMSELVES WITH MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t normally tip this location because the staff is never nice however, this week I totally was planning on tipping them until they handed me my change, and they had already tipped themselves!!!!!! I am so furious, and I can not believe this is an issue clearly happening every single day with every customer. 3/3 times i’ve visited, the girls have...

The coffee at this place is so good, I will choose it over Starbucks EVERY TIME!! My recommendation for iced coffee is the coffee cake latte :) They also have free wifi and it's a cute little place to do work.

However, the customer service is disappointing. Or rather it's hit or miss... Walking in one time I waited for someone to come to the counter for a solid three minutes. There wasn't even an opportunity for me to get someone's attention. And the other day I watched a nice man wait at least 5 minutes to even be addressed or looked at by someone. This poor man went to the bathroom and came back and it just seemed like the staff was so unaware, even when he stood waiting at the counter. I was uncomfortable just watching it all. They are busy and I know there's lots to do in a shift but I'd rather wait an extra 2 minutes for my coffee so they could prioritize connecting with customers first.

This place would be a 5/5 if the staff was more personable and attentive. Otherwise, I love this place and I recommend their coffee to...
