Honestly, I would go out of my way to come get pizza at this Little Caesars. I was on my way back from a workout and started to get hungry for some pizza, so I changed directions to grab me some goodness. Got through the drive-thru quick and headed home. on the way home I grabbed two pieces like a sandwich and went to town. When I did, I said to myself, this isn't my normal experience with this location. a little dry, minimal sauce, and hours old.. Nah this location has a better reputation then this. I get on the phone ready to ask for something... Pause (now I know what you are thinking, its five dollars and I shouldn't expect anything amazing, but that's how this single location has changed my perception) play I speak with the Assistant Manager, explain the situation. She invites me to hold then the General Manager Paul hops on and says, "My Assistant Manager, explained a bit of the situation, but I would like to hear it from you. I am thinking ok no worries. Then he hits me with "perception is reality" and explains everything he'll do to ensure that it won’t happen again and how he will personally bring me a freshly made pizza free of charge. I am thinking, OH WOW, that was no hassle, he was super understanding and will personally deliver the pizza. wow. I give him my information. I figure ok cool imma have the delicious pizza I wanted, and I don't have to go back to the store. He gets here quick; you can tell the pizza was hot and ready (pun intended) and the man is wearing his apron. We have a great exchange; he threw in some extras for my troubles and he goes on his way. I have worked in service and he for sure went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectation of correcting the issue.
Every location makes mistakes, but it's how you correct those mistakes that made me keep thinking about Paul Morris and his store. He came himself to deliver the pizza - Paul Morris He was still wearing his apron- I'm sure he changed it when he got back for cleanliness, but I could tell he works at his store. That makes me feel that he cares to keep his reputation of good quality pizza. The pizza here is truly different; more sauce, bread is better, even pepperoni’s and is usually perfect every time. They make their bread different than other LC's and you can taste the difference. Not only did he field my call, personally deliver the remake, bring extras (crazy bread, marinara sauce, and cookies for my kids!!! I don't even have kids but he thought of them!!!) he then texted me after to make sure that the pizza was better than before.!!!!!!...
If you aren't sold by the simple fact that the 5 dollar pizza is better than any other LC's than know that it rivals other pizza places who charge double the price and clearly the service is TOP NOTCH.
This is my first review and it was worth...
Read moreI needed something with a drive-through for dinner, as I had folks at home waiting for food. I was looking for something Hot & Ready and was delivered neither. I ordered a basic cheese and basic pepperoni. The wait was going to be 5-6 minutes and I waited in the drive-through for it. When I got to the window, they took my card and charged me, then told me to wait in Stall 1. There was no signs anywhere for parking, so I parked in front of the door. After 15 minutes of waiting, I saw folks who ordered after me getting their food. I had my infant with me, so I brought him inside. I waited another ~10 minutes in the lobby with people stacking up behind me, while the employees were in the back. The two boys working would look at me, lock eyes, then hide behind the shelves. Eventually the third employee asked me what I would like. I explained the situation, and she told me there had been a missing order, and asked why I didn't park at the sign. I told her there was no sign, and she told me I was wrong 3 times. She handed me the pizzas and she told me she would 'show me what the sign looks like' and walked outside. When we got outside, there was no signs, as they had fallen down and were behind other vehicles. She got quiet and said oh. I live 2 miles away, and the pizzas were nearly cold at that point (5 minute drive).
Short answer: Waited too long for bad pizza, treated poorly, and waste of...
Read moreService can be inconsistent here. I had a time where my mobile order didn't go through the system, and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make it. Fun story: while I was waiting for that order another person had gone through the drive-thru and been told to pull forward and park in the drive-thru waiting spot. She came in the store to ask about her order. She had been waiting 20+ minutes as well. Her order had been completely missed somehow. I'm not sure if our experiences were a symptom of a lack of training or a failure in the ordering system somehow.
That being said I have had more instances of fast service than slow. Also the pizza is consistently better than other Little Ceasars nearby. The crust is softer and tastes more fresh. The ingredients seems to be better overall. The Pretzel Crust Pizza is a hit with our family, but it is a limited offering. The Italian Cheese Sticks are also super delicious. I would recommend that the food be cut a little better in-store. Sometimes it's not cut all the way through, and we have to use our pizza cutter to finish the job.
Overall the value is wonderful. We can feed our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids under 9) for $10 - $15. The food tastes good and is better than other Little Ceasears nearby. Service through the drive-thru from ordering to food-in-hand is usually under 5 minutes and sometimes under 3!
